The photos of the room we booked didn't quite match what we got, but the staff were quick to accommodate our needs.

The hotel is exceptional. We stayed here on our wedding night and needed some extra space for my wife to get ready. The hotel arranged a larger room free of charge and even provided some bubbles on the house. Very good service and made our wedding prep much easier.

It’s a 15 minute walk to the train station at a reasonable pace, so took longer than we thought to reach the city. However, the 2 train stops before Copenhagen Central are in the city and close to attractions so do your research before you go. Needed a mirror in the bedroom above the desk, so could be a dressing table as not ideal to dry your hair in a small bathroom pod. Extra hooks for the dressing gowns would be useful as the hooks in the bathroom are needed to hang towels.

A beautiful retreat in the gorgeous suburb of Hellerup. Opened in January 25, it’s a stylish, clean and comfortable hotel that’s the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Copenhagen but avoid the crowds. Stylish, relaxing bar area with a view of the park. Good sized room with very comfortable beds, and small bathroom pod that is well designed. The Rose Rose bistro adjoins the hotel and is a good option if you want more informal dining.

We liked everything except the lack of privacy curtain.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Lane and particularly enjoyed being just outside the city centre. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and the restaurant which we ate at during our staff was excellent. We would definitely return in the future. My only feedback would be to put a privacy curtain in the room. We overlooked a studio space and would have appreciated being less visible!

The hotel is new and everything is modern. It's very comfortable and there is good attention to detail. The staff were polite, helpful and lovely. I'd stay here again.

The location of this hotel is far away from everything. Taxi or public transport takes 40 minutes to the city centre. The gym is a joke. One treadmill + couple of dumbbells. There are no welcome amenities and the bottled water is charged. The welcome drink is a glass of lemonade lol. We had an odd experience during the check-in. We originally booked The August suite and during our check-in we were told they upgraded us to some Directors corner suite which was supposed to be better. So we ended up in a strange dark attic suite with the toilet glass door facing the bed. The electricity was not working in this suite so after some communication with the front desk we were given the room which we booked which was way better than the so-called upgrade. The whole experience with this hotel was not worth the price tag. There really wasn't any extra.

The interior design was nice. Scandinavian decors with B&O equipment were a nice touch. Bed and linens were comfy.
