The place was lovingly restored and very tastefully decorated. The setting was simply stunning, couldn't have been more beautiful. The host was so nice to tell us about the history of the place and her family. We were able to book on a short notice and were still welcomed, very flexible.

If I went with just my husband, we would book both rooms so we wouldn't need to share the bath, but at this price it's still a good value.

This was such a beautiful property! The exterior, grounds, wildlife and best of all the interior was so extra hygge! My kids had a great room with double beds and their own TV, the main bedroom with loft library and TV was perfect for me and my husband. The shared bath and kitchen for our family also fit perfectly. The kitchen had a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and dishes you would need to cook full meals. The B&B provided coffee, tea and cookies as an extra touch. I can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time:)

We booked at the last minute on our way to Copenhagen, and it was the best decision we made. The property and location are absolutely stunning. The old mill has been renovated with a great touch. It is a quiet location, surrounded by nature, but still close to the city if needed. We wish we had more time to stay here. To relax, one does not need more. :-) Thank you!

Absolutely, the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect is maybe a lack of bowls in the kitchen if you want to eat something like yoghurt, but I used a mug just fine.

The location is perfect for a relaxing and quiet recharge and connection to nature. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms look out onto pasture land where I could watch wildlife. Also, the place is far enough from most sources of light pollution that I saw the most stars I've seen in YEARS. Odense is about half an hour away by car for dining options or you can cook in the kitchen with a full stove/oven, or grill. The owners are so welcoming and clearly love their piece of area history having restored the buildings and quite proud of the intact millworks with a double wheel.

Incredible location. It is an ancient vandmølle, still functioning. The roof is the typical Danish, called stråtag: fantastic! A rare collection of books on mills in French, German, English, Danish and Latin.

The host was really nice. It was almost midnight, she had no confirmation of our reservation, but she still let us in and was super friendly. The place looks even better than the pictures. It is a little paradise.
