Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IrelandThe room was quite warm and no air con, and having to make the beds and stripping our bed the beds
Room was nice however quite dark looking and no air con. Paid quite a bit for the room so to arrive and start making your bed and stripping our bed when we are on holidays is not something I wish to be doing. the breakfast was nice lots of choice for everyone and location to LegoLand was fantastic only a few minutes walk and the free bus to airport was brilliant. Found the staff very pleasant

MyanmarHaving to make my own bed when you arrive tired takes the hotel shine off things. The food wasn’t good for vegans and was only ok for vegetarians. We were given a kettle when we asked though which was good.
Excellent playgrounds and little Lego areas and games. Lovely little shop on sight. Excellent for little ones. Perfect location for Legoland, Lego house and lalandia

GermanyNothing I dislike, just a reminder: I wasn't paying attention that the customers should bring their own beddings(bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels). But fortunately at the reception desk we can still rent the whole set (4 sets cost 50 euros) so it wasn't a big deal.
Breakfast was rich. Kids loved the pancake machine. The room was cool and with the Lego TV they almost couldn't go to bed... XD. The Location was excellent because it's close to both LegoLand and Lego House.

United KingdomDinner was extra paid, expensive for the quality of food and optons available. Paying extra for bedding and towers make the stay more expensive. our flight was delayed and we arrive around midnight so making the beds ourself with tired and crying kids was a nightmare.
Breakfast was good, lots of options and kids loved making their own pancaces.

PolandFirst of all - in apartment was very cold, were a lot of webs and in some places was mold. It was very raining ( of course it's not problem of this motel ), and around the motel were deep puddles. For my opinion in this motel need the right storm drains, but in this case I didn't see any one.
Good location with own park and a lot of attraction for children. Nice place at all. This Motel has own comfort parking, and near the motel is grocery store (name as SUPERMARKET), but for my opinion It's still little store with a poor assortiments. Very nice Breakfast!!!

ItalyWe stayed 1 night (after 2 night in the Legoland Hotel) only because we could not book the Legoland Hotel for the 3 nights. The Pirates’ Inn is not as nice and as close to the Park than the Legoland Hotel and in the Pirates Inn you have to rent sheets and towels (and make your bed) but if you add the price of the room and the price for the rental of the bed sheets the cost is higher in the Pirates’ Inn. If possible I recommend sleeping in the Legoland Hotel. In comparison the Pirates’ Inn should cost way less, not more than the Legoland Hotel. We paid 440€ for 2 night at the Legoland Hotel and 250€ (including bed sheets rental) for 1 night at the Pirates’ Inn.

ItalyI was not aware when booking the motel that you need to bring your own linen, or rent them on site. The breakfast got crowded on our last day (saturday, recommend to visit during week in September, beware Legoland is open only friday, saturday, sunday, monday, legohouse everyday).
The Lego Village was an excellent experience, the area is huge and children can play anywhere, the room were big. Next time I would try the cabins. very close to legoland <500mt and legohouse <1.5km. A walk of 25min will bring you to the city center in a very nice sculpture park. Airport is 3 km. Parking is big and with a parking permit you can stay from day of arrival until last day. Great place

United KingdomBed linen is for an additional fee, considering the price of the hotel it looks very strange, hotel is not cheap. 100 DKK costs 1 set of bedding. it's not right for this price for rent this not chip motel. I had to put on the bed linen myself and take it off in the morning, this is not very pleasant, given the fact that you arrive at the hotel tired, after a long journey and are in a hurry to get to the airport in the morning. In bathroom under sink a lot of mold.

United KingdomThe room price is quite high. Paying for extra bedding and towels, as well as a push-button shower, was rather annoying. There was also no kettle, so we couldn't make any hot food or drinks ourselves. It also wasn't clear that there would only be Duplo in the rooms and my son was really disappointed that there was no Lego. There are a couple of Lego building walls by the restaurant, thankfully.
Location is great for Legoland and Lalandia (bit further from Lego House). All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The wider site was really nice and my son really enjoyed seeing lots of Lego builds and playing in the playgrounds and on the inflatable bounce pads. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, with quite a lot of choice (pancakes were a big hit).

PolandBreakfast variety could be better. The bathroom was very basic with the material shower curtain. I don't like when the floor next to the toilet is wet after someone has a shower.
