Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could need for a one week stay. Plenty of storage and air con was fab on the hotter days. Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Great central location. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

Maybe just the washer dryer could be more user friendly

Fabulous scandinavian hygge room with all amenities. Perfect location within walkable distance to shopping street and tivoli. Lots of cafes and restaurants

The shower and sink were clogged up upon our arrival. However, the front desk staff helped cleaned the shower enough for us the shower that night without the shower spilling water all over the rest of the bathroom. The sink was clogged too so we had to brush teeth in the kitchen. Maintenance did come the following day and correct everything.

Beautiful apartment with all the necessities for a comfortable stay including washer and dryer. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. The apartment made it easy to acclimate and relax. Friendly staff was helpful.

Our only minor quibble was the kitchen wasn’t well stocked and it didn’t even have a cloth to wipe the surfaces. The cleaning staff did not wipe them either or replenish things like teatowels.

I had a suite and the room was lovely. Anytime I had a question, they were quick and friendly with a response. It was raining quite a bit, and the hotel supplied umbrellas near the doors.

Initially, we were put in the wrong room, and we had to head down to reception to get it sorted. It took a while to sort, and we were not explained why, given that the room we booked was vacant. Mini bar/teas and coffees also weren't restocked, which was a bit of a shame.

Fantastic apartment, in a great location. The room was chic with lots of space, a fantastic bathroom, and a great view. This apartment is a great alternative to Airbnb. Coming in after a long day out to a tidy apartment was fantastic.

The breakfast room was large and pleasant but very busy some days, it caters to 4 properties in the group/building.

A great sized, comfortable apartment with a modern bathroom including a separate walk in shower and bathtub, plenty of storage, a washer/dryer and fantastic block out blinds and curtains. The bathrobes were best on tour and the decor in the room and the lobby etc was lovely.

The layout of the bed near the bathroom was very weird. You can't pull open the door from the "bedroom", you have to push into the Bathroom.

Very large breakfast offering, just about anything you would want. Had a great time in the bar after dinner with a charming young Barkeep.

I would give a 8 out of 10 for cleaning and service. It was expensive but I think that is the norm in Copenhagen. I would stay again.

Location is good. The room was comfortable and big. There was a washing machine with pods which was great. The gym was small but got the job done.

The room was lovely, well laid out, spacious and clean. We liked having the kitchen and washer/dryer. The blackout blinds are great. The location is easy walking to all of the main areas.

The space in the room is incredible and the bathroom is beautiful. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the room made the stay feel very much like our ‘home away from home’. The bar was a lovely space to hang out with our friends 🎉

What's not to like about Hypernym!? Ideally located, extremely clean, calm, and roomy. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. We booked a deluxe suite for 4 nights went away for the weekend and booked another deluxe suite for 2 night. The first leg, we were given "The Eye" which is located on the second floor. We got "The Bird", located on the fourth floor during our second stay. Both rooms are absolutely identical with the exception of the bathroom, which is very slighty bigger in The Bird. The rooms are huge and UBER well equipped. Having a bathtub in the room is an added bonus and it comes super handy after days of walking and sightseeing! The bed is very comfortable and the electric blinds, super convenient. The train ride from the airport to Copenhagen Central Station is about 15 minutes and he hotel is only a short walk away from the station. It's in the middle of all the action. All in all, an EXTREMELY pleasant stay and we'll be sure to come back to Hypernym next time we're in town.
