Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayParking was a challenge since no information regarding the closed area in to the parkingspot. Also there was a bad smell in the apartment, and especially the bathroom, because of a clogged drain in the shower. But all in all, a fantastic place to stay!
The size of the apartment, the fact it was three bedrooms, and a fourth option upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy and informativ check-in, and at a quiet area.

NorwayThe lights in the living room is set with a timer and turns off every few minutes. Remember to bring your own shower gel, capsules for dishwasher and liquid for the washing machine. Some noise from passing traffic, but not too bad.
Fantastic apartment with location right outside the centre of Aalborg. Excellent app containing all information about the stay. Big rooms and several extra beds. Nice with free parking right outside.

United KingdomThe commercial aspect of this property was the big drawback, to be honest, and the reason I've not scored it higher. It's completely faceless, and you receive a link to an online guidebook with access information, etc. What seemed completely unesceserry, though, were comments such as 'please only use one pillow and one towel per person, if you use more you will be charged', or 'please call us with any queries, but if your question is already answered somewhere in this extensive guide, we'll charge you for the privilege!'. So, although two pillows would have been nicer, we didn't dare use them. Nor did the ladies use a separate towel for their hair. We could not figure out how the extractor hood in the kitchen worked, and so rather than risk a phone call charge, I emailed the apparently free email contact. 4 weeks later and still never received a response, although we only stayed 2 nights so would be pointless now. Also, the automatic timer on the main lights for the kitchen are a nightmare. You're constantly having to go and press the switch - unless you can cook in the dark (the other lights were dim). And yes, there is a faint smell of drains in the bathroom, I recommend put the plugs in and close the toilet lid as this reduces the odour considerably. So a fantastic property, but somewhat underwhelming and disappointing stay.
This is a great flat with a real wow factor when you enter. Extremely spacious and clean. The beds are made up ready for you, but exercise caution on the bedding and towels you use.
