There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel and we look forward to returning again. The roof top terrace was unfortunately closed during our stay but I think this was more to do with the weather.

The room had everything you needed and the location was central to all the attractions. Although I didn't book breakfast initially we decided to have it in the hotel for the duration of our stay. This breakfast was delicious, you had a choice from the a la carte menu plus cereals, meats and pastries. The quality of food was outstanding.

Parking is a bit difficult if you’re driving. But that’s not the hotel’s fault since it’s so central parking is expensive in the city core

Is not cheap, but the whole experience was great! Very nice staff (everyone in the hotel was friendly, polite and attentive), the rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well! Location is great too!

I had cosy room and I was for 6 days and the room is small and therefore not good space for my belongings. Not so easy to move around the room ;-)

Walking distance from the central train station / metro station made this a perfect location for a solo female traveller. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. My "cosy" room ideal for a single but would have been challenging for a couple. The public lounge areas & rooftop bar were perfect relaxation spots.

The room was really small (we had a ‘cosy’ room) which was ok for two nights spending most of the time out and about, might not be for you if you need room and/or get fractious with your partner about personal space and hanging up your clothes etc. Even putting stuff on the bedside table requires careful auditing as they’re tiny.

Situated just around the corner from central train station, very convenient for a quick visit using the station to get to and from the airport. The room was immaculate, in terms of cleaning but also decoration and furnishings. Pillows and mattress extremely comfortable. Although very small which seems typical in Copenhagen Hotels, the room was well designed and had everything required, hangers, generous toiletries etc. The overall design was neutral and stylish, particularly the bathroom. I felt like the owners cared about the guest experience. Can’t comment on the restaurant, breakfast not included in my tariff so used inexpensive coffee shops nearby.

The rooms are small, the beds are a bit unsupportive, and there is no closet. That said, we slept fine and they do provide many hangers and hooks to hang your clothes. With two people and four bags, it was tight, but we weren't there to be in the room all day, so we didn't mind. We really loved the hotel and it fit our needs wonderfully. It feels luxurious without being exorbitant or pretentious. We would definitely stay again.

This place was great. The staff was excellent - very gracious and efficient service. The location is amazing- steps to the central train station and metro - and so many great restaurants. Very close to all major sites. The decor is posh, there is free coffee and water in the lobby all day, and the restaurant has great food. There is even a beautiful patio with a covered and glass walled area to retreat to if it rains and you can't sit outside. Tons of comfy places to hang with friends. The rooms are well-appointed and the provided toiletries are very nice. There was even an excellent hand-held steamer.

They found a quiet room for us since the location was on a very busy street. Our room was large and there was a well lit makeup table outside of the bathroom.

Not a major dislike, but the standard room didn't have much walking room or space to open up a mid-sized luggage without blocking a door or walkway. The doors of our rooms (main and bathroom) needed tugging to be closed properly.

Liked the location the most, which was near attraction sites, lots of food options and walking distance to the shopping district. The design of the hotel was also contemporary and cosy. Staff were friendly as well.
