Warning!!!The hostel does not exist anymore!!!!!

The location of the hostel was excellent, with everything you need within walking distance. The staff was amazing, especially the girls at the reception who were incredibly polite and helpful. The checkout process was also very convenient, allowing you to check out at any time, which was a big plus for flexibility during our stay.

Washroom facilities.

The common area was great. Very sociable. Staff were lovely. It was volunteer run. There was love music on Saturday in the common area, great atmosphere. Very cosy when it wasn't the night-we ordered a pot of tea to share and got 4 1/2 cups out of it. The bathroom was big.

The room was quite crowded but it was okay. Radiators were tiny, couldn't dry clothes on. Only two toilets on the corridor for all the rooms. The beds were extremely squeaky. The biggest thumbs down is for the fact we had to bring or pay for our own bed linen, fair enough if it is expensive for them, but it doesn't say it anywhere in the booking, we just received a text after booking. That annoyed us a little.

You get what you paid for. It’s worth the money if you’re planning some place to stay in. At least you have your own room with you. It’s also near to bus stop and Convenience Store. We left our luggage before we checked in and also when we checked out to explore more of the City. Luggage and Stuff are pretty safe.

The hotel was in a good location. We took the bus to the center. Although there was a bar underneath, the room was quiet enough. The bathroom and toilet were clean. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were very helpful in every way.

Only the bed was smaller than a standard double bed. We could have bought extra bed linens, but I don't like putting them on and taking them off ourselves. Maybe they could have offered an option to have the room ready when we arrived by mentioning this in advance.

Most of the staff that works there were very friendly, I really appreciate that.

Location was not the best, but for the price was understandable.

Working personnel was friendly and helpful. The location itself was good and close to the city center with many shops nearby. Room was warm and quiet, so it was okay as well.

Pity to have to pay extra for bed linen and towels, at least they inform you before that.

The worst part was that we were made to pay for our bedsheets, which wasn't in the booking detail information. We exclusively searched for a room with a separate bathroom, and in the description was mentioned that we have one, but in reality we were given a room with two more additional beds and with a bathroom for the whole floor. Some blankets had a yellow spot on them, they weren't clean at all. We even pay for tallows but they told us they run out of them, and we have to wait for the next day. In addicted to that the rooms hasn't got heating system, which was a great drawback, considering that it was really cold outside. However the location in perfect and it's really convenient if you want to travel with public transport.
