We were not allowed to use the swimming pools without either paying for a whole day or being restricted to the hours 6pm to 8pm, when we would be in the restaurant. We explained that we would just like to swim for ONE hour any time between 7am and 5pm, but were told that we would still have to pay 800 koner for that hour. This was a problem because we like to keep fit and the public swimming pool was closed.

The Food, both at breakfast and in the evening was wonderful. Our room was lovely with a balcony. A short walk to Ringkobing. The girls at reception were very helpful, kind and considerate.

Overall nice experience. Very lovely spa area, which we really enjoyed and which probably makes us come back. BUT sadly there is no nice lounge area where guest could enjoy a late-night cocktail. The seating area next to the bar is nothing like a lounge/feels cold and empty/awful interior. Would be much nicer if they took inspiration from Marienlyst Strandhotel or Y-stad Badehotel. Same goes for the rooftop/outdoor area exterior. Breakfast-options very limited - no vegan friendly choices. No-go: All the hairdryers were extremely dirty & sticky - I changed them out two times.

my third time at this hotel. I like the breakfast and that they never make it complicated to check in even if one arrives a bit early. I’ll be sure to stay here upon my next visit as well.

Very under-staffed in the bar & restaurant. The restaurant service was far too slow & people left before their plates were taken away. The food was disappointing & way over-priced. 325kr for a main course that was over-cooked & not enjoyable, is not acceptable.

I know it sounds strange, but I thought my duvet and pillow smelled strange, not like freshly washed. haven't experienced it before visiting your hotel, We tried to call several times to find out if we could book a place in the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. I think that there should be a special price to the spa for customers like me that uses your Hotel as often as i do :-)

On the first evening we were completely ignored by the barkeeper while three men next to us were served. Vegan options at breakfast were very limited (but maybe I could‘ve said something in advance).

The personell (more specific the middle staff and reception), are not “authentically service minded”: they do what they have to do because it is their job, but do not go the extra mile by themselves : Example : upon arrival one of our rooms smelled somewhat wet and we asked for another room : we received it but had to persist. On weekdays the breakfast ends at 10 am (10:30 weekend) but no one (also but the reception desk) informed us although they knew we would stay for five nights…again, we had to persist to still get some of the breakfast but not with a smile…etc etc… Everytime they finally gave in to our requests but we always had to persist or defend our point. I really see this as a missed opportunity as there are not so many decent hotels in the neighbourhood. Compared to other hotels in Denmark, they lack the supreme hospitality attitude. Definitely for that price range.

Good location to do trips to several interesting spots. The wellness is nice (which may be expected for that price).

The hotel charges an extra nightly ”energy fee” which was notified only after the reservation was done. The shelves at the room entrance were installed in wrong direction wasting valuable space and making it difficult to use the shelves. Bathroom had only one shower wall so after a shower the whole area was wet. A folding second wall would make the space more convenient.

This was a quick stop for us. The room was small (15m2) but decor did not maximize the space. Good breakfast. Did not want to linger ant longer.

Location - beautiful, you stay close to fjord and see. There is everything you need in the city - shops, Mc Donald. The whole city built from red bricks is wonderful. Enough space for parking near the hotel. Breakfasts - delicious; smart TV - you can connect with your cell phone, watch movies, Youtube or play games.

We stayed there for 2 nights and were clearly disappointed. This hotel isn’t worth 4 stars (regarding cleanliness at least) for sure. Despite the good looking pictures, the hotel is located on the side of a road and the room we get was not so fresh anymore (many scratches on the wall etc.). The room didn't even had a fridge. Shower was not so clean with many spider web not cleaned. The second day our room was barely cleaned and our bed not even re done… Breakfast was ok though but not amazing either. The spa access costs around 600dkk per person per day which seems very overpriced to be honest knowing that you can get a decent spa for half the price near Copenhagen. When checking out, we paid and we had not even been ask how was our stay. Overall I would say that this hotel is not good value for money for sure and not living to the standard of a 4 star hotel. I would not recommend.
