The bathtub drainage is not so good good. No welcome drinks, almost same price in tivoli but they have welcome drinks and sky bar.

Very nice people in the front dest specially the Indian He was always nice and helpful.

Cleanliness was somewhat lacking the shower had quite a lot of black mould around it and the bathroom was a bit smelly. I really didn't feel clean after a shower. The room was generally run down mirror chipped at corner, carpet was dirty and old, side tables bent and it was a poor standard for the price paid. The bed however was clean, fresh and comfortable. This hotel was a long way from the centre but Uber was easy to arrange at 145 DKK to the centre. Copenhagen hotels are expensive this was the lower end of price range which was still £300 per night. I would recommend paying more anyhow and staying somewhere nicer, better maintained and cleaner even if more expensive.

I can never understand why there is no kettle in some rooms available. Is it that much to put them in every room? Why did we need to pay extra for every single tea? Besides, it was first time when we had to register to a breakfast on a certain hour…

Restaurant is not open on weekends, except for breakfast.

Rooms are simply furnished, but thoughtfully designed and very clean. Breakfast was exceptionally good. All the staff were very welcoming, courteous and friendly.

Breakfast is great! Please remember to book the time slots in advance. The college in reception helped to do it when we checked in. WiFi is provided at rooms, not just in public areas.

Reception stuff especially at check in could have been more friendly and engaging. I dont know how it will be in summer hot days without airconditioning and fridge in the rooms.

Room was very spacious, furnitures were of a very good quality eventhough a bit old fashioned . Bed was very big but the matress was on the soft side for my taste and extra pillow was asked and was provided immediately . Bathtoom was immaculate, most probably recently renovated and spacious, everything was working properly. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. Having to reserve a time slot saves you from the morning crowds. Location isn't central but it is very convenient because it is close to metro and bus station. In ten minutes you are downtown. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. Airport is near and easy to reach. Actually i believe that the hotel is better than the photos , so i advice you not to judge by the photos provided but you better give it a try.

Disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open on an evening. However there is a great Pizza takeaway close by called Otto's which was good!

Scandic is Like the UK premier Inn as in It does what it needs to do, standard room, clean, comfortable bed and there is one on every corner. Saying that the reception, bar and restaurant is that of a nicer hotel. We were really impressed by the service and how friendly everyone was but that was Coppenhagen all round!! Really easy to get into the main town as it is so close to the metro and also bus stops outside. Would definitely recommend. 😊

Unfortunately, for breakfast you need to book a time slot. We booked it for 8am for the next day and our name wasn’t on the list. We were lucky that breakfast wasn’t too busy.

The location and breakfast was lovely. Free car park is also a plus.
