Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkSuper clean Very good stop for the next day's ferry Maribo is so beautiful, is the camino stop in the old days. We talked to the tourists information shop, the ladies told us a lot about the surroundings and history. Beautiful grave yard, church and lake.

NorwayWe tried hard to see squeaking floors and an old, super spartanely furbished room as somehow charming, but unfortunately our room was very dirty: Lots of dust, hair, a coin, and spider webs under the beds, a nice 8-legged buddy crawling down from the ceiling to our beds, a bad smelling bathroom with black mould thriving between the white tiles, etc. No shower soap or shampoo provided. But the worst was yet to come.. The breakfast, which we agreed to buy as extra for 90 DKK each, was served as two sorted plates containing several items covered in thick mould that you'd have had to be totally blind to not see! This was the most disgusting thing we've ever seen served on a table. When we reported the fact to the only man who attended the hotel, he didn't say a single word of apology but simply shook his shoulders and said "OK, bye".
This old hotel MAY have a little charm IF the rooms were clean, but as things are, it's just a place to avoid.

I received a message from the hotel when I reserved on August 7th. message stated that I would find a key in an envelope with my name on it. this was definitely not the case. No key to my room was waiting for me as promised. I took a picture of the only envelope there that was not in my name and contained 6 keys. i would be happy to provide you with a picture of the envelope. I tried to message the hotelier via your app. I did not stay at the hotel. I have been ripped off and would like to know what I can do to obtain a full refund? what is the procedure for this? DenmarkThe so called facilities were disgusting old and dirty carpets the bath room was relatively ok, but the bed was really disgusting, old, dark brown spotted, the edge of the metal frame was predominant, the spring were noisy. I wouldn't recommend it the a dog. Since the room was not refundable at 895 DDK we are talking af a trap, no more no less. Stay away.
