I wanted to change my reservation date because I had an unexpected appointment that I needed to accommodate. I sent a request a couple of days beforehand but I never heard back, because reception was closed on the specific days between my request and my booking. Rather than lose my money, I ended up missing the appointment. When we checked in, we weren’t given any instructions about how to find our room and it wasn’t sign-posted, so that took about half an hour and a lot of walking to find the room.

There were quite a lot of mosquitos in the room, it would be great if the hotel provides some means of keeping them out. The reception closes early in the evening.

Nice location in front of the sea, cozy vibes and very spacious rooms as well as lounge areas. Probably the largest room we've ever stayed at! Staff was polite and helpful, free parking outside the hotel. Nice to discover the 'study' with some cool books!

A pity that the sauna was not working and a pity that you can’t see the sea when you’re sitting at the balcony because of the wall. We were in room 9.

Would have been nice with a tv, and the check out is too early. The staff does not clean up on the tables after costumers in the restaurant and common areas, so it often look rather messy.

The amount of wasps making a nest make it impossible to enjoy the balcony Kitchenette without tools make it useless Breakfast is very minimalistic and not on par with the quality and variety provided at dinner We went when it was 23 degrees and the room was simply too warm and no way to cool it down due to no air con and the wasps

Uneasy steps in room and bathroom. Sorry I paid extra for a bathtub . Beautiful modern bathtub but very inconvenient to use. Too high for getting in and out . Weak water flow so never got it even half full because it was so slow and after waiting the hot water in the tub became cold . Bath products were in the separate shower area but none over bathtub. So no relaxing bath for me !

The kitchen is a good size but there is no pod, pan, utensils, etc. We found out after we bought a lot of meat and vegetables and ready to cook.

The two bedroom apartment is close to grocery store, town, and sea front. Love this place and will return if there is a chance.

Beautiful central location in Ebeltoft. Overlooking the sea and walking distance to the old town center. A welcoming and calming smell in the whole building, very spacious rooms with a balcony. Nicely decorated. Do try the restaurant and sit after dinner around the fire place for some complimentary marsh-mellows and cosy seats. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

signage for reception could be better - we arrived in the evening - and in the dark it took us a while to figure out where to enter to pick up the key kettle in room was amusing to use - had to put it on the floor in order to actually plug it into a socket :-/ and while bathroom looked stunning it had some major issues with bathtub being placed on a platform (not good getting out of bath with wet feet and risking falling down tile covered steps) and toilet was squished into a narrow corner (despite bathroom being huge access to rooms was up stairs - and room also had split levels - so would be an absolutely nightmare for anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues

stunning room - modern nordic in style - with nice unique decorative touches room had large windows with view over the sea - and a nice private outdoor terrasse just outside the room really good breakfast - and very polite and efficient staff ;-)

Although there is a kitchenette, it would have been nice if some cutlery, bowls, plates, sponge, washing up liquid & a tea towel were provided. We had to buy our own. Only having a kettle meant being creative in order to make a warm meal.

Wonderful view of the bay & mountains from your room! A sauna! Luxurious furnishings with lovely smelling shampoo & soap. a Robes were provided for those visits to the sauna. Fantastic location for a quick dip in the bay after a sauna session. Quiet & peaceful.
