Stains on the mattress and shower curtain. Very limited breakfast section. When I joined half hour before the end of the breakfast service all 4 hot plates were turned off and completely cleaned. I wonder if they even serve any warm options at all (bacon/sausages/scrambled eggs)? Only saw ones staff member during my entire stay who was both cleaning up breakfast service and cleaning rooms. Feels understaffed. Both coffee machines were out in f service when I tried around 11am to grab a coffee for the road. Tiniest showerhead I’ve see in decades. The holder for the showerhead in my room was broken, causing it to slide down all the time. All together too man downsides to justify the price.

Room size is ok. Free fenced-off parking.

We got a room that seemed to not be intended for us and didnt look like it was properly cleaned, but we are grateful we had a room to sleep in. We also had a room next to the breakfast area and it was not very soundproof as we could hear kids running and screaming and people being very loud. A bit annoying to be assigned a room so close to hear when we arrived late and wanted to sleep in.

We arrived very late and was assigned how to self-checkin. Had some minor issues but the staff was available on an emergency line. Much appreciated.

    - The shared kitchen had no stove top. We booked the room as we needed to cook for the infant meals but not being able to cook completely failed the reason of booking this place. - Stove top was available in a separate kitchen, but the staff were not considerate allow us to cook for the kid. - Toilets were not clean - rooms are not spacious enough to keep your luggage < 2 suitcases > and open them

    - nothing much was a deserted palce & it's more of a sports hostel rather than a hotel.

May be a sign on the fridge advising the fridge is emptied and cleaned every Monday

The property was quite appropriate for our needs. It provides a nice dining room with all facilities and lounge. Breakfast is provided if requested. The property is 3 blocks from the bus stop to the city and is surrounded by sport fields and gardens. Beautiful parklands to walk around! there are also 2 big supermarkets and fast food places within walking distance (8min) Very quiet streets and only 15 minutes to the city by bus. Each room has a door to the gardens where you can sit have dinner or a drink and enjoy the late sunset! The room has toilet and basin and separate shower, a place to hang clothes and a comfortable bed.

We would have loved a cup of coffee or tea when we arrived but it wasn't available in the self serve stations. Kind of disappointing that it had not been resupplied and was turned off. Kind of felt like the place was abandoned.

The check-in was very easy and it was very quiet. Almost too quiet! We appreciated the heated floors in our room and the beds were comfortable enough. Since we just needed a place to stop overnight on our way to catch a flight in Copenhagen it was fine. Clean, efficient check-in and check-out, and easy to find.

We had to find a hotel for one night on our way through Denmark. This hotel is 100% perfect. You can check in at any time, which is what we were looking for. The room is small but clean. Everything needed for an overnight stay was there.

I would say use of elevator, it for staff only. But you can use the slide at the back side and bring your luggage to your room. But someone have to open door from inside first.

If you travelling with family and passing through Aarhus it is ideal hotel, away from city, easy to mark and get around. I was moving to Tilst so I choose that and enjoy my stay here. There are lot of mega stores near by.
