Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWhen we arrived we ask about car charging as they have written that there is charging station but receptionist didn’t know how it works. You have to have danish app if you want to charge your car. Third bed was not prepared when we came to room. You paying for tripple room but it is one dubbel bed and one small sofa bed do definitely not 3 normal beds . I think this place is overpriced but in Danmark inte normal .

Netherlandsbathroom facilties were way too small cramped shower no place to put your things (shampoo/razor etc) bedroom was wrongly 'designed' giving less room to live sunday night all was closed the hotel was 'darkish' not inviting. Next day when hotel was normallly open and felt really comfortable
we enjoyed the staff and the surroundings (views) and also the breakfast facilities and the food that came with it. the pizzaria in Soro was great. good food. good staff.

FinlandRather surly young member of stuff grudgingly helped with purchase of snacks on their automat. The items I chose were not even on the list on the screen which was a bit wierd. The purchases were made necessary as the restaurant was not open, again. This was the same with my previous visit about 3 weeks earlier. No explanation given. Why do they even advertise about the wonderful food at their restaurant? Really sickening after a very long day driving! I was not the only customer who was annoyed at this.

United KingdomAwful check in. Asked for 2 keys and was told I could only have one. Room had a sloping roof. Very dangerous. Hiylt my head a few times. Very poor shower/bathroom.tv on wall 90 degrees to bed The bar was closed which is amazing for a Saturday night. However, the worst was the breakfast. Hardly any food. No plates, no cutlery, tea water empty. Dirty dishes stacked in piles. No staff. We left. I would like a refund of my breakfast cost. This was the worst breakfast experience I have had in over 40 years of business travel.

SwedenThe bathroom looked great but there was no water pressure and the water that was there was cold. So I paid for a suite and I couldnt relax with a nice bath or shower. When I informed the staff, I got a non commital answer and was not contacted afterwards for a follow up. I contacted the hotel through booking.com but received an out of office reply. I contacted them with my complaint directly through their wbsite afterwards but received no reply. I'm very disappointed with my stay and feel taken advantage off that I paid more than 300 euro for a room per night, couldnt take a shower and then was left ignored.
Breakfast and location was very good and pleasant for dog walks. We booked a suite and that in itself was spacious and looked good, with comfortable beds.

DenmarkAutomatic check in and check out didnt work properly. It also makes it a very impersonal experience. Terrible room location (next to elevator, staff working area, delivery area and street light!). The self-serve snack bar had very limited options (much less than advertised).
