Stayed for 4 nights and never had the room cleaned!!! I can understand maybe no cleaning every day but every second day would be appreciated VERY much for the price we are paying. Yes, got new towels and toilet paper in the reception but still after 3 days and some rain outside, the room needed a cleaning. Should not have to ask for it.

LOVE the breakfast buffet with the ginger shots. Excellent location, cozy, nice bar and very pleasant staff. Nice shower water pressure.

Iron in the room would be better rather than going to a laundry room. Also, I had to make two separate bookings with two different room types (not intentionally). On the night I arrived, I asked whether it would be possible to stay in the same room type (either one) to avoid checking out and back in again, but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate that. It was a bit inconvenient to check out and check in again.

The hotel location is very good and everything was clean. Due to the A/C noise in my room on the 5th floor, I asked for a room change during the night. The staff helped me immediately, and when I went to reception to collect the new room key, they also offered me a drink voucher as compensation — a very nice gesture.

The hotel is very new, the design is beautiful, and the location is excellent. It is very close to the railway station but not messy. There are large supermarkets and Lego stores nearby. The room is large, and the heating rack is easy to use. The staff is very enthusiastic. But there is a fatal drawback. The bath water is too small and there is no water pressure. Everything else is perfect.

The rooms closer to the door that is opened to the elevator hall take a lot of door shutting noise. The night sleep is affected negatively by this

1)There is no housekeeping dept per se, so if you need anything, the only way to get it is to go the front desk. We only stayed one night and got to the room late, so we didn't realize there was only one small-ish pillow ler person. We were already totally exhausted and beat, so we looked for the phone and didn't see any in the room, and just slept with one pillow, which was less than ideal. 2) There are NO phones in the rooms which is not convenient if you need service, and could be very dangerous in an emergency. If you're from another country, you don't know where to call or how to call in an emergency. Reception desk would be the first and most obvious choice. If someone is alone in the room and having a medical emergency, it could have a tragic end.

- There is not even basic room service (empty the trash bins or renewing toilet paper) every 3 of 4 days - On Sundays there is no room maintenance service, so if you have any kind of problem in the room, you have to wait until Monday. Depending on the kind of problem, it can be a nuisance. - The breakfast has a very limited fruit choice: only watermelon and orange.

The sleeping sofa we got for our son was very squeaky so everybody would wake up when turning the slightest at night. But him and I swapped and things were alright.

They clean only after 4 days, I stayed there from Saturday till Friday and they came to clean only on Thursday. I had to go and ask for towels and toilet paper a few times, which I got right away from the reception but still it was not convenient. They should a least check if it is needed…

Very good location, great breakfast and great staff. They even prepared us a packed breakfast when we left early in the morning. Free coffee all day is available.

I stayed for four nights, and according to the hotel’s regulations, housekeeping would only clean the room on the fifth day. This was not communicated before booking, and as a result, I had to collect fresh towels and toilet paper myself from trolleys in the corridors while other rooms were being cleaned. Additionally, there was no information provided on how or where to dispose of rubbish, which had to remain in the room for the entire duration of my stay. The heating in the room also did not work. Although I reported the issue and was informed that it had been fixed, it never functioned properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold—especially on the first day and night. Furthermore, no bath mat or towel was provided for use after stepping out of the shower, which was inconvenient. I understand that many of these measures may be linked to environmental considerations, but the hotel management could certainly offer more convenient options—for example, room cleaning upon request, clear instructions for rubbish disposal, or designated places to collect fresh towels. These adjustments would improve both sustainability and guest comfort.

I understand and respect the need for hotels not to change bedding/towels every day but to not get any housekeeping duties is a bit of a let down. To pay hotel money it would be nice to get beds made, bathroom cleaned and bins emptied every day.

The AC did not really cool the room. It felt like fan mode. The extra bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and useful stores. The staff is really nice and welcoming. They were extremely patient and very helpful with any question we had. The reception staff really had a vital role in our pleasant stay.

Cleaning policy. 1 clean every 4 nights - that's not great. For the price the room should be cleaned daily. We only stayed 1 night, so it was fine, but I'd need daily cleaning if I planned a longer stay.

The shower tub was a bit of a challenge - a bit high with few grab points when slippery, and a little narrow underfoot when standing in the shower. I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues or stability challenges. The water pressure was a little weak but totally adequate. It was uncharacteristically hot during our visit (into the 80s F) so I can agree with other reviewers that the AC is really not up to the challenge and did not really "cool" the room. But opening the windows for air was adequate to make the room tolerable. I didn't attempt to ask at the desk so it might have been possible to get one, but it would have been nice to have a fan in the room as a standard.

The location is excellent; just a short walk from central station and in a lively neighborhood. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The soundproofing is truly great - didn't ever really hear neighbors and the street noise was well muted when the window was shut. Overall a good option at the price point (still object pricey for what it is, but Copenhagen hotel prices are quite high as a baseline).

There was AC but it did not work very well. We were there the beginning of August so it was very hot in the room. Luckily, the front desk was able to lend us a fan which helped quite a bit but it was still difficult to sleep. This hotel is also on a busy street so you cannot leave your window open at night to help with air circulation because it is far too noisy.

Our room was very spacious and had lots of options to store luggage so that it was out of the way. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean. There was even a towel warmer which we used to dry some of our clothing that we had washed.
