Summertime: the temperature of the room. If you have a room on the front side, the sun is on it the entire afternoon. Therefore the room is too hot, not possible to cool down. Even if you open the window there's no airflow and it's very noisy from the outside (bars etc), even on the 7th floor. Needs aircon to make it more comfortable. Small bathroom.

Downtown location is great. Parking behind the hotel (to be reserved via 3rd party, but well communicated by the hotel). Good breakfast.

Cleaning routine, we went to reception to ask for fresh towels hoping they will being it and they would clean the room, it seems you have to notify them to to that

I found the room very warm. I dont think the hotel has airconditioning and thats my only reason for marking it down to a 9 rather than a 10.

Location is great, price was reasonable for what i had booked. i liked the room with the fridge and the microwave. very useful and handy. could easily stay a little longer

As an ecohotel it was commendable, but servicing of the room could have been more frequent, only twice during our stay 5 nights. The bathroom was quite small as it had been incorporated into one corner of the room.

We did not have a breakfast in the hotel. There was a lovely cafe very close to the hotel. The staff were very helpful, they gave us a map, pointing out the various landmarks. Gave us information about local transport. As eco credentials are high on the list these days, this hotel provided clearly marked bins for recycled products in our room.

Shower was small but was expecting from the reviews. The size wasn’t a problem to me personally but when it was used at full strength the sound in the room was LOUD.

No fridge in the room. Very small shower and the whole bathroom. Not very comfortable to shower if you wanted to stay more days.

Great location in centre, parking in the yard, although paid extra, nice reception staff. Whole hotel “ smells new” in a good way-very clean, freshly remodeled. Tea and kettle in the room.

Unfortunately the trash in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last guests. The design of the room (like the size of the bathroom and placement of the mirror) was a bit weird, especially considering the building is so new. Also the mattress was too soft.

Hotel in a good location in the city center with a big parking lot. Good option if you plan to only sleep in the room, not hang out in there a lot.

Bed too soft, couldn't sleep. Breakfast could be better (not much to choose from). Unfortunately I won't be booking this hotel again for this price, way too high.

The size of the toilet and bath was really small. The room was bigger than usual.

I liked the food, including the chorizo and bread. I also liked that staff at the reception who helped me when there was a technical problem with the payment machine. The night staff was extremely committed to her task and had a lot of patience helping me out.

I would have appreciated a better layout of the bathroom as the floor was flooded the minute I turned on the shower, or at least a dedicated towel to put down afterwards.

The reception area was very inviting, and the receptionist very helpful. The room was larger than expected. I opted for breakfast one of the mornings, and it was surprisingly good with both scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages as well as buns, yoghurt etc.

We adored Anna and her friendliness, welcoming us. She came out of the hotel to guide us in the parking area. Nothing was too much for her. The room was sufficient for the stay
