We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkBreakfast schedule seemed rather strict, and I was unable to take advantage of this option, even with a relatively late morning flight. The fee for linen and towels is too substantial in my view.
The premises were quiet, and the location easy to find when using public transport. It was nice to get bumped up to a 6 bed room with a bath, from the original 2 bed room w/o bath.

SwedenMy son complained about the internet speed, I did not try it so I can't really tell. I used my own mobile data since we have some free data from our operator between Sweden and Denmark.
The rooms were big an airy with easy access to several restroms spread out in the corridor. There was a big kitchen with two stoves a dishwasher and a full size fridge and freezer, enough room for two or more people to cook at the same time. It was also a big dining and "lounge" where to sit and watch tv or play games. The beds in our three person room which was located between the kitchen and the dining room were a single bed or bunk bed with a medium to hard mattress. For me that is around 100+ Kg i slept very well in the single bed. My son around 65-70kg thought it was a little bit hard in the bunk bed. There was parking just outside the enrance, easy and convenient to unpack and pack for the next journey. We were going to Legoland the next day and it's just around 15min away and as a bonus we got a nice discount on the tickets from the owner! ☆☆☆☆☆

The location was good for us cause it was close to Billund, but it's mostly comfortable if you have a car since it has free parking. We arrived quite late but it turned out to be okay cause they just put your key in a safe

Italythere aren't a few bins, i would put them in every bathroom and down the hall
we stayed two nights in this hotel. the owners respond quickly to emails and are very welcoming and kind . the rooms are clean and very close to the bathrooms which are clean and basic. the structure is well connected with two bus lines and is very close to the bus station so the hostel is easy to find. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit billund and its attractions.
