We stayed during a heatwave and had to have the windows open during the night; because of the central location it was super noisy during the night until the morning. Also the layout some of the rooms (we stayed in 2 different types as we had an extra member of the family joining on the last night) could have been better as in the small rooms you don’t have enough space to even open your suitcase….

Also per previous commenters, with the hotter weather we're experiencing aircon of some kind would be most welcome.

The location is great, an easy walk from the train station. A bit further to the ferry and probably easy but we had hefty bags, so decided on a short taxi journey instead, which the receptionist was very happy to book early in the morning. As per previous commenters, the breakfast was fabulous.

Our room was rather hot. They did provide a fan but it was just one of the sunnier rooms and heated up all day long.

When you come out of the elevator upstairs it’s like a hospital, you see someone sitting at a desk in an office, folded towels etc The rooms are bare and like Airbnb, nice but it’s like our room was may be an office before? Tiny bathroom, empty kitchen and another toilet in the hallway next to our rooms door.

No wifi, no heating, stayed two nights, I was offered another room second day, but had too much luggage, travelling by motorcycle, also was put in an annex across the road which was not made apparent at the time of booking, also forgot about me after my main meal, no offer of desert or coffee, really disappointed, what a shame because its a nice hotel with good staff.

We had dinner in the hotel,there were no meat free options but we had an Italian salad without the meat and a pizza without the ham! They were both really nice but some veggie or fish options would have been good.

Easy to get to straight off ferry from Gothenberg. Room was compact but very comfortable- great breakfast. Incredibly good value for money - included breakfast. Had very good burgers in their restuarant and even on a gluten free bun!

My only slight quibble was room & en-suite were quite small, not a lot of space to move around.

Hotel is on main pedestrian area about halfway between train station & ferry terminal. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Hotel is handy for local shops & eateries. Excellent breakfast for great selection of hot & cold options.
