Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesHotel Bethel was the perfect base for our stay in Copenhagen. The location was ideal; in the midest of swirl of activity in Nyhavn, but an oasis of quiet once we'd stepped inside. We were also able to check-in to our room immediately upon arrival (after an overnight flight), which was a wonderful treat. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and informative. The hotel is not fancy, but it's extremely clean, well-kept and comfortable. And we especially enjoyed the downstairs communal sitting room/library (and free coffee).

Such a lovely hotel. From the moment we entered not only were we thrilled with the location but the warm welcome from the staff was much appreciated. We had a room overlooking the water which was perfect. It was clean and very comfortable with everything you’d need. Particularly liked the reception/ lounge area downstairs where you could enjoy complementary tea and coffee and chat to your companions without having to go up to your room for a drink. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with a great selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs and fruit. Hotel was right in the thick of Nyhavn within easy reach of the sights and a five minute walk from the metro straight from the airport. The staff couldn’t be nicer especially the lady on reception Thursday to Saturday around 3 onwards. I would definitely stay here again it was a lovely place to stay. Location is amazing 10 min walk to nearest tube which takes you straight to the airport. Lively area with lots of resteruants and bars. Sound proofing on windows so not noisy with windows closed. No aircon but windows open wide during day let's lots of air in. Small rooms but everything u need, free coffee in reception area is a bonus considering coffee costs around 6 pounds each from the bars. We had the nyhaven view room would defo recommend that to watch all the hassle and bustle outside. beds comfortable. Spotlessly clean and good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpfull.

South AfricaI had a single room, and I rarely experience smaller beds. The room was very small and amenities were basic. It just felt very minimal, without many attentions to detail or nice little soaps and treats to make it a bit more pleasant.
Well-located and hosted by kind people. One of the cheaper yet comfortable and clean options around. I can’t say it was incredibly comfy or that it has exceptional amenities, but it was absolutely fine for a short stay.
