Not the cleanest, lots of spiders outside, on the balcony and some even inside. Too expensive for what it was.

Locational and facilities.

Not really well equipped. The mugs were freebies, there were ,3 dinner plates but no side plates. It's a house of multiple occupancy so people milling around outside and the curtains in the living room did not cover the full window and the net curtains were ripped at the top.The iron had been repaired with gaffer tape. In fairness I didn't look at comparible prices so this one may have been very cheap. But I would rather have paid a bit more for a little more love.

The location was really good. A supermarket, a bar and a takeaway all within a 5 minute walk. Bus and train station close by. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Had quite a distinctive odour especially in the kitchen and kitchen utensils were basic. Could have done with a washing machine also.

Really convenient for seeing Copenhagen and had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and was worth the price. Facilities promised were delivered.

The house is old and it shows, didn’t get renovated since 1990s. The bathroom needs a proper clean, there’s mould everywhere on the tiles and the toilet was leaking water - not very confidence inspiring. Beds are okay, couch is okay, kitchen is okay, follows the rustic style but you can prepare a simple meal or two.

Good Location, practical, stores are nearby and bus stations for multiple directions are within a minute’s walk, close to metro via bus.

Stairs to the second floor were a bit sketchy.

Quiet location with good access to buses and a nearby lake. A lot of room in the apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids.

The toilet shower room was a bit of a death trap. Went flying in it after someone had had a shower. Could do with some grab rails. Maybe a mop would be useful? Kitchen was a bit on the sparse side would have been helpful to have a bit more cutlery and maybe a salad bowl? No instructions on how anything works. Flat looked tired and old with water damage mark on the ceiling.

Well located for city centre. It's very basic accommodation, clean and secure and offers privacy of a bathroom which was what one of my party was keen for. Very easy to get to from airport, well served by public transport and local amenities eg supermarket and eateries etc.

The house is on a busy road and a bit noisy, especially on the balcony. The rear of the house is messy and the garden not very appealing, although there is a table and bbq. Dining table is in the kitchen but only seats 4 people, at a squash. We found the location too far from the centre to walk and the bus quite expensive for 5 so we drove in. Quick and easy but not much more expensive than the bus. You can walk to the zoo in half an hour. Bathroom is horrible and mouldy.

The bedrooms were nice and comfy large beds. The kitchen was adequate for cooking simple meals. Lounge small but comfy although tv is on the wall behind one of the sofas. Apartment was clean.

So a couple of things, there was no mention in the ad regarding the staircase. We had 2 seniors with us which made it difficult for them. The other piece was that there was mould in the bathroom and we have sensitivity to mould issues and have been not well since staying there. The last piece was parking, as we had a bigger vehicle, there wasn’t a lot of space for parking.

We chose the property as we are a family of five adults and had beds for everyone. The host was very responsive and friendly as we had a few questions upon arrival. The beds were comfortable.

Close to a main road

Very useful Lidl at five minutes walk. All the needed facilities are there. Pots of steel, induction cooking system, easy of parking in front of the window of the bedroom.

Despite the No Smoking sign there was a powerful smell of stale cigarette smoke. I had to open all the windows to try to get the smell out every time I came in

The rooms are small and there is only one bathroom with shower for the eight people. The other 'bathroom' is just a toilet.

The neighbourhood was super, the sitting room is cosy.

The house has a very strong smell of smoke. As soon as anyone enters the house it's noticeable. It smelled like the long time smokers lived in the house for decades or more. Each walls and furnitures were soaked in the smoke. Because of this many of us are now sick, have sore throat and headache. The kitchen wasn't as clean as we expected. There were dust coming out of microwave when we used, which fell all in our food. The fridge was smelly as well Despite all the good things, I wouldn't recommend anyone who doesn't like smoking to stay in the house. The house can make you sick due to very strong smoke odour. They need to re-paint the house and change all the furnitures, carpet and all. Because of this the money we paid isn't worth for the apartment. If this problem is solved. It's a nice stay.

The location was good. The configuration of all the rooms was good, and the beds were comfortable as well.

The stairwell smells bad. The windows are not tightly closed and the apartment is cold. The apartment in general is old and worn out.

Very old property. Several cars parked outside front door. Not well maintained. Needs a lot of repairs. Decor very old. On a main road which is very busy. Shower over the bath. Old toilet. Kitchen taps very loose. TV is for streaming only. You need to walk up to the first floor on a spiral staircase. It a bit hard to manage with suitcases.

Clean apartment and bed were comfortable. Not far from Alholm rail station a flat walk 350m. Plenty of shop within walking distance. The host sent me a video of how to get the key and what door to access the apartment. This was most helpful. The Neighbours across the road got out their binoculars when we were on the balcony - not good.
