Please be aware for a four star and above hotel the pool and well being facilities are not include in an already expensive price. You must pay extra for pool use and also you have to book use within a time period. Important to note for such a rated hotel. As foreigners maybe used to very different arrangements or pool and spa included in the room rate.

Fantastic new property in Sønderborg. Rooms are very comfortable.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The premium ocean view room on je 14th floor had an amazing view over the harbour, rooms were well equipped and stylish. The breakfast was something else - unbelievable choices and a must at this property!

Choice of dishes in the restaurant is a bit limited if you just want some dinner and don't want to visit the top floor gourmet restaurant.

Nice location very close to water (Als Sund) and city center. Easy to get there from highway. Parking in a public parking lot but with very convenient and direct access to hotel via canopied/covered pedestrian bridge. Great breakfast and very friendly staff in restaurant and bar. Lots of facilities and rooms for work and meetings.

It’s a shame that for everything you need to pay separately. Spa visits are not included in your hotel stay, no free parking. Prices are high, also in the spa area drinks are expensive:)

The location was just amazing, the view- stunning! There is not so many this nice and luxury hotels/spa places in Denmark, so this stay felt very luxurious. Definitely coming back again. Spa/wellness area was also very very nice, relaxing and high class.

I ended up paying twice for parking across the street, because I felt unsure if camera parking works there, the signs are illogical, stating both things, and because I had EasyPark enabled on another phone, I could not determine if I had paid or not, so I went and paid again in the machine, to avoid getting a fine.

We have been there before, and it's hard to complain about a modern room, 10 floors up, with a stunning view. The only downside is that it's not cheap to stay there, it's quite pricey.

I didn’t get to use the spa, however the hotel and room was immaculate. I was over the moon with my stay. Breakfast was lovely massive variety and very fresh. The staff were also very friendly.

Two things: The pillows were not very comfortable and the spa facilities were not really up to standard. The sauna was dry and not very hot and the steam room was not really functioning well.

This is a very exclusive hotel with a high service level. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and everything is new and modern.

Perfect location, close to everything. Breathtaking view from the 16th floor. Friendly, helpful, nice staff, warm welcome and treat during the whole stay. Clean, tasteful interiur, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped room. Perfect breakfast, with a wide selection of food, also vegan and laktosefree, delicious coffee.

The movement sensors switching the light on / off under the bedside table when you get out of bed at night or even hang your leg over the side of the bed ;(

We particularly liked the spacious standard room with amazing view. An extra chair would have been convenient under the table. Breakfast was good, but very busy, at times; not enough plates, bowls, glasses. Personnel were friendly, we enjoyed our stay. There’s a 20 minute drive to Alslinjen ferry terminal for the 50 minute ferry journey to the Isle of Fyn. Egeskov castle there is a must. Note: Floor 1 leads to the walkway across to the car park opposite the hotel. Remember to punch in your license plate and pay before leaving.

I was disappointed to not have a bay view and that I could not keep the room 30 minutes more to the end of my spa treatment.

The buffet breakfast was amazing with a crazy choice. The location and room were excellent and the Nordic spa was a wonderful voyage for the senses and body. The view room was equally breathtaking although it is a pity there is no bar or lounge chairs to admire the 360* views even longer.

Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms with great view. Very clean, everything you need at the right location. Great shower. Very good breakfast buffet with a lot of choices of fine products. Travelled a lot but this is the best breakfast buffet so far. Too bad that I was only there for one night on business.
