The shower doors that fold in as the wiper blades don’t clear the water away. Air con wasn’t working which meant sleeping was uncomfortable however this was reduced when we were given a fan

It is a rural property so there isn’t much around it currently. The local hospital has beautiful grounds and walking and biking paths. Taxi rides into Herning were quite expensive although public transit was available.

Comfortable beds and good facilities. Buffet breakfast was included and was comprehensive.

AI check-in did not work. Had to find staff to check us in. Staff had never seen this particular error before but were very helpful. Only on option for evening meal in restaraunt, had to go elsewhere to eat.

The main light in the bathroom wasn't working and when I arrived, late afternoon, the bathroom floor was wet.

The hospitality the staff service and the breakfast were good. The bed was comfortable.

We had water drainage into the bathroom from a hole in the wall under the sink. Probably connected to a shower or sink or something from another room. We needed a lot of towels to stop it coming into the room.

It was quite far out from the city, but is great if you have a car.

It was clean and comfortable. Being brand new it was still very clean. It is in a very quiet location. Rooms were quite small though.

Not one of the self check in counters worked. (We waited 20 minutes to check in) Breakfast was a disaster. Food was great. Great quality and plenty of options. But they ran out of everything constantly. No silverware, no glasses, and empty options when finally reaching food after a very, very long line. The issue was that they did not automatically refill. Not until customers would point out that food or amenities were missing. (Many people stayed this night, due to a concert. But in my opinion the hotel should have made plans for this)

The hologram "receptionist" is a terrible idea!! And it's placed so when anyone walks in front of the large white box (which is often) the image comes up and says a welcome message... immediately opposite the well-designed & comfortable sofa area - making it a really un-relaxing place to sit. The only 2 staff I encountered were surly and unpleasant, bordering on rude.

Extremely comfortable beds, pleasant design, free coffee & tea. Easy to find. Easy check-in. The included breakfast was fantastic! Crispy bacon, well-cooked eggs, fresh fruit, cheeses & ham, ginger shots, smoothies, croissants. Wonderful!

The hotel is located outside the city but can be easy to find. It has free parking and a good breakfast. The rooms are clean.

There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling over the bed. A better cleaning is in order.

It was a bit unusual for us not to have a frontdesk and to make our self check in and check out and even printing our own room keys. This is not something usual in our country although it is a part of high digitalization.

The breakfast had so many varieties and it was suitable for anyone. Everything was very delicious. The rooms and the breakfast room was very nicely decorarted. It was a pleasure to stay there even if for a night only.
