Lovely staff

A very, very small thing: I missed a roofed space for my bicycle to stay dry at night.

The breakfast was really good, as well as the location. The staff is amazing, they were really helpful. The hotel and everything is quite fine in general.

But the place has way too many spiders and insects crawling all around, whether it is the rooms or the bathrooms, and that really annoyed me, I am not an animal or insect person, and I felt the staff were trying to shame us a bit when we wanted to vaccum the spiders in our room. I am sorry but I get to have a preference for what I like and what I didn't like. I am the one who's paying the money, so everything needs to be according to my liking.

The staffs are kind and the location of the hotel is good.

There is a serious hygiene issue. I have no problem with the furniture or other items being old, but it is unacceptable and shocking that the mattresses and bedding seem to have never been properly replaced or disinfected or cleaned.

We had a wonderful weekend. Very nice Hotel with Restaurant and friendly staff.

Everything was fine and like the description on the website.

we slep here for a marriage. the hotel is very close to the cernter, the rooms were cleaned and comfortable, the bathrooms were cleaned. the staff has been really kind, allowing to leave out luggages for some extra hours! really recommened!!

The building is old and beautiful with lots of character. The hotel was very accommodating in letting me drop off my panniers in my room before check-in so that I take a cycle around the island. The breakfast was delicious. The room was fine.

It was very expensive for a room with 2 beds and a sink. There wasn’t a lower rate for 1 person.

Small hotel in an idyllic location! We had one of the rooms upstairs with shared bathrooms, but there were 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 toilet/ shower available, which was reasonable. You have to be comfortable with bringing your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. They prepared me great gluten free bread for breakfast with advance notice at the time of booking. Good selection of food for breakfast, and it was possible to store our luggage during the day.

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of high-quality options. A big thumb up!

The hotel is located close to a nightclub, and during our weekend stay, we were kept awake by loud music with a heavy bass beat until 3 or 4 AM. The windows were not soundproof at all, so unless you come prepared with earplugs (which we didn't, expecting a peaceful island getaway), you will hear every thump from the club. What disappointed us the most was the night staff's attitude. When we called to complain, she seemed annoyed. Initially, she claimed the noise was coming from a jazz festival at the harbour and said there was nothing she could do. This was clearly a lie, as the harbour is so far away, and jazz music doesn’t produce that kind of bass. I eventually went out in my pyjamas and discovered the noise was coming from the next-door nightclub. When I called her back, she brushed it off, saying we should just live with it, as this is apparently "normal in Denmark." Frustrated, I had no choice but to call the local police. I was completely exhausted after a long day of biking. I barely slept and woke up with a headache the next day. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday, I would recommend avoiding this hotel. However, if you're just there for a decent breakfast, they do offer a good one.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, and good location in the town of aeroskobing.

You had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the room. We had a shared bathroom and shower. We could only get twin beds. Plus, on our last night, they hosted a party for a business group which stayed up playing music and talking until 130 am right outside our window.

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of character. My room had a great view and I never had to wait for the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent!
