There was a pile of dirty sheets on top of the washing machine in the bathroom. And as we stayed for 9 days we only got 1 bath towel each. If we needed more we had to pay extra for them. Every thing extra costed . Read the instructions well before you book. I sent 5 emails to the company with questions but no answer.

Lack of common cooking essentials, like salt and pepper, as well as tea bags and coffee grounds. But I have already communicated that to the owner and they gave me an immediate reply saying they will look into that area to improve.

Perfect location, most tourist attractions were a walk away (also right by the river for an evening stroll). Clean, comfortable, and with all the equipment required for self-catering.

We originally stayed only when day and booked a day extra afterwards. and our room was cleaned the 1 st day and all our food in the fridge was gone without any explanation

It's just a room apartment with a huge glass window. It is a slat curtain and accordingly the room could not be darkened. You don't necessarily have privacy because you are in a busy area

Unfortunately the place felt like it wasn't deep cleaned. The floor was not mopped, walking barefoot or in white socks was easy to spot the dirt. In the bathroom there was a bloody (?) paper left behind. Some random hairs on the bed sheets, sticky fingerprints from previous guests on the table and the fridge... It's wasn't too bad overall but I would expect completely tidy place, without surprises like this.

The place was good for a short stay, had all the facilities you could need. The heating worked well so was cosy on cold nights. Great location in pleasant surroundings, cafe and restaurant two steps away. Supermarket also just a few minutes walk.

Firstly, the aday team appeared to be rather penny-pinching. They had strict rules about using their towels and were not accommodating when it came to allowing guests to leave their bags in the apartment first. This lack of flexibility can be off-putting for travelers looking for a hassle-free experience. Additionally, there was a safety issue with the bed, the wooden slats in the bed frame kept falling off. I had to email the the aday team about this concern, which was not ideal.

My stay at was a mix of positives and negatives. Let's start with the positives: the apartment was clean and well-equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were some aspects that left much to be desired.

Checkout time 10:00 am is too early. The entrance door was translucent without any curtain, that does not insure your privacy.

The wifi is through a sim card, which means max 10mbps. If you travel by car, parking is tricky. There are public parkings few minutes walking distance.

The place is clean, quiet, big enough, very well located in the city center with a restaurant right next to you. It looks exactly like the pictures. Staff was very helpful with the internet issue we had. You have enough pans to cook your own meals. Very good price for Aalborg.

The object is a ground floor room - the bed is in the middle of the room, high ceilings full window front and NO proper curtains, only an office-like shelter on the lower windowas and some semi-translucent foil on the door. There obviously once was a curtain in front of the bed but it was missing - without curtains it was very strange to use the room, I could not adapt to that. There also was no explanation about how to use things, for example the ventilation above the stove - so i could not use that either. It was clean an simple but you have to bring everything (except linen and towels and soap) in case you want to use the washing machine (detergent needed). Thanks anyway! The price was really ok, i was staying alone but we could have also been up to 4 people for the same price as I understood it and that would be unbeatable! PLEASE bring up a main curtain & the curtain in front of the bed, dear staff, THANKS!

the location is great, really good and easy to reach- but there should be a way of finding the flat/ room itself easier, I ran around the block quite a long time untill I could find the entrance.
