Had to climb seventy steps with luggage to reach the apartment. Washing machine leaked. Coffee maker took 40 minutes to brew coffee. One member of our party was bitten by bedbugs. Staff responded quickly by email but did not do anything while we were there (i.e. no extra towels to mop up washing machine leaks, no new coffee maker, no action on bedbugs)

Location was great. Apartment was large and sunlit. Plenty of room for everyone.

The apartment was very bare, having looked back at the pictures it looks like the majority of the soft furnishings have been taken away which left it feeling a little cold.

I got an email requesting me to give a 10 star review in return for a discount on the next visit. This practice should be outlawed by booking.com. On the morning of our departure flight we were contacted about a change of apartment in a different address.. These things can happen but they didn't rush to sincerely apologise. The curtains in one of the bedrooms were missing which meant no privacy and more importantly poor sleep. Little things like having a microwave or kitchen roll or dishwasher tablets were missing. Most reviewers comment on the stained shower curtain which could easily be replaced for €5. Until some of these issues are finally addressed I would recommend some equally good apartments in the same area and possibly better priced.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with bed bugs. It was so bad in one of the bedrooms that one of our guests had to leave and find another accommodation, which was very costly. Upon discovering the bed bugs, we learned this is an issue with the apartment that has not been addressed and no further guests should ever be allowed to stay until the apartment if fully The proprietor (possibly a bot, really) has not yet responded to any messages. We are trying to seek remediation with the booking website but we are getting a call center number without much escalation. Save the hassle and find another place to stay.

BED BUGS. Awful first night when checking in and waking up to find the bed crawling with bed bugs. NO REFUND YET!! Has been nearly a month and they have not replied. Booking.com has tried and also failed. Avoid this place at all costs.

There are some problems with lambs some of them are not working. Bath is too small its hard to get a shower.

An old impressive apartment, we was 5 and it is a very big apartment. Very close to center that you can complete your visit by walking around. In general its quite. The apartment contains all kitchen miscs.

It was not cleanly AT ALL! The coffee pot was FILTHY, upon first glance we did not use it. The floors were so dirty you can tell it’s not been mopped. There were BED BUGS in the main room that literally traveled to the next room. How disgusting and unsanitary for my family. The neighbors downstairs were incredibly annoying and if you walked to loud they would bang their ceiling. Definitely not a place to go to with little children. I will never stay in a hotels Copenhagen apartment again. Will do myself the favor of just staying in a hotel. To top it off, management has not tried to call me again after I missed their call (I’m in the states) and lied saying they did call again. They’ve not refunded me for the disgust we went through.

The ONLY good thing about the property was the proximity to the to dos in the city. Everything else was horrible.
