The first room was very small for 3 people and the shower room had no lock on the door, as it was an opaque glass screen. The shower room had little space to move. However, it was cheap, so, maybe expected. When we asked to change to the apartment, it was available and was superb, although more expensive, but reasonable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We changed rooms on the third day for an apartment, which was excellent. It had practically every thing we needed, even lunch boxes. Outside there was a bicycle store, which meant our bicycles were safe. Anything else we needed was in the communal kitchen. The laundry room was an added bonus and made my life so much easier. Also, the local supermarkets were Godsend. We are looking forward to the next visit.

It is convient stop when you travel A9. Very nice staff. They really want to show you that they care. Place is nice for dogs and dog owners. Nice welcome set, two bowls and small pled for dog.

The property is at a great location. Bus stop is right outside. Train station is 15 mins away and easy to reach by Bus or walk. 2 supermarkets are within 200m and makes it extremely convenient. The staff is polite and very helpful. Had a comfortable stay in the room and a relaxed time outside in the living room and kitchen. Would love to come again

There are a lot of stairs and no elevator so it was very inaccessible. I wasn’t able to get any internet on my phone but it somehow worked (very slowly) on my laptop.

Its location is right next to a bus station, staff are really friendly and you have access to many amenities like a fully equipped shared kitchen.

The wifi is very basic. There was an unencrypted Telekom Hotspot, which is likely the one provided. There is a stay guide in the room which mentions the free wifi, but not the name of the network. Since no password was mentioned, the one open network was likely correct (if not, then they did not provide any wifi). The Hotspot's terms Page also do not mention who is providing this network. 1. I believe unencrypted networks are somewhat dangerous, since anyone close enough could view all traffic in the air. Since most sites are using https nowadays, passwords and such should be safe, but there are exceptions. A VPN mitigates this risk also, and they are more common nowadays as well, so overall this issue can be overcome with some caution. 2. Since the name of the network is not given, an attacker could also impersonate the network themselves, and get direct access to everything you send. 3. Worst for me is that the Hotspot is timed. After a while, it disconnects you and you have to connect again and accept the terms again. This happened while I was asleep, and my phone managed to use up all my mobile data over night as a result. There is certainly room for improvement here. You could provide name and SSID of the network. The network could be encrypted with at least a password at least given in the room guide. (This is still useful, even if an attacker also knows the password.) Even better would be to generate a password per guest, but this is probably too hard to configure and I wouldn't expect it. And remove the timeout that kicks you out (for me it was after a few hours only.) Most routers have a guest network option, with encryption (use WPA2/WPA3), I don't know why you would use a Hotspot like this anymore. Overall, I may book there again in the future (if you want a kitchen, this is hard to beat), I just have to make sure to close my connections before I fall asleep.

Short time between booking and getting a key (considering it still requires a physical key.) Support line was answered quickly. Friendly and gave recommendations for current local events. Shared kitchen is a great option if you want some normal meals. Good price and short walk to the nearest grocery store (no stop lights, if you skip the one that can be safely skipped). Room was clean (just one hair in the shower, but none in a previous stay).
