Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff were really forthcoming; initially I got a room without AC, and with 30°C outside it was very hot, so I probably wouldn't be able to sleep well. They offered me another room with air conditioning this time. The breakfast buffet was huge, and everything was absolutely delicious!

United KingdomA good quality hotel in a small town along the lake, about a 5 minute walk to the waterfront (a park on the water, the rest of the lake along the route having private access). Pleasant town, friendly people. The hotel was nice, and as expected. The host very welcoming, the room very clean, but basic (I had a single room as a solo traveler). Dining facilities are excellent - including the outside deck. Check in and check out very easy. Good value for the money given it is the height of the summer season.
