Beautiful hotel that combines tasteful and creative design in a historic building. Excellent food, both, breakfast and the fantastic wine dinner.

Great hotel with rooms in various beautifully renovated houses in the village. Owners and staff seem to really want to take Mosel tourism to a modern 'next level'. Modern well-equipped hotel rooms, a nice restaurant, a cozy outdoor terrace for drinks and food, all provided for. Apart from this various day trips are organized including wine sampling (of course) but also eg. a yachting tour. Perfect breakfast with lots of options including abundant fresh fruit, sausages and ham from the in-house butchery. Very welcoming and vibrant hotel - warmly recommended!

We stayed in a 2 story apartment with sauna. It was in the second floor in a building across the street from the hotel. The apparent was very nice and fresh, clean and had a lovely atmosphere. We had such a lovely stay!

Fantastic breakfast with fresh juice, tasty cheese&meet, waffles, nice coffee & tea. The room was clean, warm and lovely. Free parking is also a good bonus.

when we arrived there was a strange smell in the room. At first my wife was suspicious but then we realised it was the smell of the brand new carpet:) Car parking could be an issue in peak season as its not nearby and this is a very old town centre

Evening meal was amazing - they were voted 6th out of 1850 regional restaurants in Germany Breakfast was an all you can eat buffet with a wide range of choices. Minibar was good value - €7.50 for a 75cl of their own wine free mineral water in the room was a nice surprise

There was little bit cold, because we had a alst time reservation - but that was not problem. Also stairs was little bit dangerous for our kids.

Absolutely amazing hotel - we were just only for one night, but i can amagine one week vacation. Room was big with lots of equipiment. Our kids love it!

Loved the radiant heat bathroom! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent and very accommodating as we got in quite late. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We hated that we were only staying one night!

This was one of the best properties we stayed in for a weekend break! We were with friends and had a whole little house for ourselves with two bedrooms with an own shower, a small livingroom and a kitchen. Perfect! We went to Christmas Market and bustickets were included!

Very beautiful romantic room with sauna. Great breakfast and diner was also top! We enjoyed our stay very much. The old winzer house is wonderful for a stay.

Nitpicking; the village isn't the prettiest around. The river, vineyards and surrounding villages make up for that.

We stayed at one of the apartments, which instantly felt like home. Particularly dinner was well above expectations and the 'Gasthaus des Rieslings' title is well earned with the enormous variety of Rieslings (and other wines) being offered, even >100 by the glass. Amazing. With much higher expectations as a result of the dinner, the breakfast still managed to deliver above expectations. Will definitely be back!
