It was 30 degrees C and no Air conditioning kept us sweating during the night. A fridge in the rooms would be a great addition to the comfortable beds.

The spa and restaurant were excellent and wine selection great.

The Hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in request and i was then able to enjoy the wonderful SPA facilities for the rest of the afternoon. Breakfast the next morning was delightful, with a variety of choices, served in gorgeous surroundings. If i ever need to stay in the region again, this will definitely be my first choice.

Room size of the economy single bed rooms pretty small. Not very comfortable seating in the room. Still good for a relaxing sleep, Bed is excellent.

Very friendly Reception, Had an excellent evening in the restaurant (high prized but very good food). The wellness area is absolutely great and relaxing.

Very good value for an overnight stay while on business trip. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived. Bed and room temperature were comfortable. Hotel is centrally-located. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and the quality was very good. The hotel operates its own restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner, very convenient. Hotel staff was very helpful. There is enough parking spaces for those coming by car.

Place was squeaking clean. Super friendly and helpful personnel. Room was really spacious, bright and had balcony.

The rooms are very dated and in desperate need to refurbishing. It would have been nice if the indoor pool was heated better and if the sauna was working in the morning.

The breakfast was perfect. With lots of options and everything was fresh. Do not miss on this option! The SPA and swimming pool area is also lovely - and the main reason why we booked this accommodation.

Whilst nice, the quality of the food at the restaurant didn't match the price.

The shower was installed in the bathtub. That was very tight and uncomfortable.

A very recommendable spa area! Pool and sauna are very clean and relaxing. The scrambled eggs for breakfast are extremely tasty.

There's nothing I can think of... If I had to pick something it would be that I prefer a key card over a physical key but that can hardly be described as something I didn't like.

Easy parking. Easy check in with friendly staff that still walk you to your room. A fantastic SPA which was open late so I could still use it after arriving at 8pm. Rooms were as expected and clean with a comfy bed. Great breakfast the next morning before efficient check out so I could travel to my meetings.

Just little things, staff arguing over needless things on checkout (pin or signature?). During dinner there were a couple of groups in the same seating area and we got the feeling they were prioritized. Might be easier to crank out one dinner 12 times instead of 2 different ones.

Nice facilities, the whole spa area seem new and we'll maintained. Staff is attentive and on top of things. Of course the gym is cozy but better than nothing. Room was decently sized and clean. Breakfast buffet had nothing lacking.

WiFi didn't work at all. The interior of the room has left a worn impression. However, the bathroom section was ok.

Breakfast was really good and dinner in the restaurant also left a good impression. Hotel was surrounded with very nice nature which was specially nice looking from nice little Spa they have there.
