The wifi was horrible we couldnt use it all long .. The room was not that clean the bed smels like saliva or sperm or idk .. no climatisation and it was hot the night and noisy outside we didnt sleep well

On our first day in the hotel, while we were resting in our room, the employee at the reception suddenly barged into our room without knocking. I came out and warned him and he apologized, but it was an unacceptable behavior.

Although i have requested an extra bed for our son on booking.com, there wan't a bed. Then I requested again but we couldn't have a bed. İt was disappointing. And also there weren't any slippers in the room

It was unclear to us whether the breakfast was included in our room price so my husband went to ask about it from the reception. He asked whether it is free and he was told "yes" and handed the talons to use at breakfast. When checking out, we still had to pay for the breakfast. We did not mind paying for it, of course, but it would´ve been nice if the staff told us about the price right away.

We had a room with a beautiful view of churches and the city. As it was the highest room and it was quite hot, the air conditioning was came in handy. The breakfast and coffee were very tasty and the restaurant itself very nice.

Could have done with small notice downstairs at electronic check-in to say Reception available on 1st floor.

Great location, very central and near to both the Dom and the river. Lively square but great soundproofing so not a problem. Room was clean and spacious - liked the door window opening to the square. Also liked the restaurant downstairs too.

The room was to small (we were 3 with a child and there was not space for our stfuff; the bed was not comfortable and it was not so clean (for example, my son's socks become black and sisgusting soon after walking without shoes, and this nevver happened to me in other hotels).

The position was great: in the city center, with a seires of facilities. It also was quite isolted and not noisy.

Floor was not that much clean. And as the windows are old style, the sound of the square and cafes was coming inside the room my kid has trouble to fall in sleep.

It has great location close to catedral in the middle of old town. One of the squares just in front of the hotel. There is a nice Italian restaurant under the hotel. It was a great option with the kid in rainy day.

A large, comfortable room with a lovely view in the center of the old town. The heat and shower worked, there were complimentary slippers, what more could I ask? Good location near sites, restaurants and museums.

Tatty needs updating , bedroom stunk my couldn’t find anyone to ask to be moved .

Location was ideal short walk to the train station and landmarks , plenty of lovely bars and restaurants.

Standard Double Room was small with very little space to walk around with a smaller queen bed, barely good for two people. Had to pay an extra to upgrade to a comfort room which had more space. However, there was no tea maker, chair but staff provided them upon request; some bulbs were missing, making lighting inadequate in night. The tile floor makes it cold in winter even though the room heating was good.

Staff are helpful, location is excellent with about 5 minute walking distance to the Dom (Cathedral), to the river side (Rhine), to the shopping area, to the inter-city and inter-country train station (Köln Hbf) and to local public transport (tram/bus). The surrounding is full of dining options. We managed to cover key tourist attractions in less than two days due to the ideal location of the hotel.

Parking in the Tiefgarage in the square nooit available in time we stayed.

Lucky to have room in front, the view towards the X-mas Square is magnificent. Comfortable hotel, in aan excellent location. Parking nearby (Maritiem), and conveniently situated near public transport, shops, restaurants and do on.

Room had a funny smell upon arrival. Poor cleaning. Lots of dust and other bits and pieces under the bed had not not been swept. Reception staff a little moody.

Fabulous location. Xmas market literally outside the hotel. Hotel within walking distance of station and main attractions and shopping area. Lovely breakfast in nicely decorated dining room. .

The bedroom hasn’t been renovated and is overall very basic, walls were needing a paint refresh (lots of stains), the curtains don’t keep out the light.

Best location you can find, great bar downstairs, fully renovated bathrooms, rooms are a nice comfortable size, staff is very nice and helpful.
