There is no AC in the room, which was just under the roof, so the temperature mid July was quite high (sweaty night). When paying for dinner in the restaurant, the card machine didn't work for 4 different non-EUR cards (there was no problem with the cards), the payment went through only with the 5th card. The hotel has only 1 card machine for everything, no ATM.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, hotel restaurant was OK (but empty). The personnel was nice and attentive, thank you!

Room was very warm and ground floor windows felt a little exposed. Wanst used to the single quilt either but still slept well enough

The key to our room was in a key box, easy to open once we had picked up the phone. Good rooms and bathroom, easy parking, good location. Breakfast was included in the price and superb

The room was slightly dated. No easy outlet next to the bed was available (only low behind nightstand). The bathroom was also dated and could use renovations.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean and offered good value for money. Breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. There's an on-site restaurant that was open in the evening, so going out for dinner after checking in was not needed.

The beer garden and restaurantswas closed on a Saturday evening with no staff around. Assume this was due to a shortage of staff but disappointing. The room didn't have a kettle so we were unable to make our own drink. The vending machine didn't work and we couldn't figure out how to get into the fitness room and there wasn't anyone to ask.

The room was basic but of a good size (we had a quadruple room). The room had an outdoor terrace, which was welcome. Breakfast had hot and cold items and was good. Location was easy to find and convenient if going to the Sinsheim museum or football.

We appreciated the kids & dogs friendly environment. Hotel is very close to the Sinsheim museum, but far enough from the motorway to have a quiet sleep. Good restaurant on ground floor. Very rich breakfast choice incl. scrambled eggs & bacon.

very friendly and helpful staff, clean is room and very spacious and the breakfast is good, they upgraded our room to suite which my boys are very happy with, surely will be recommended.

Bathroom was really bad : shower cabin with broken hose and deffective shower had. really old tiles and dirt all over Room: was looking nice in pictures but reallity is completely different. Hard layer of dust on the shelves and it was visible dust on the bed sheets. Terrace: green deposit all over with a construction scaffolding just in front ( if they are renovating they should not place people in those rooms ) Restaurant: they asked us at the entrance what we would like to order and we said drinks and when we sat on the table they said are closed early because ( the boss said soo ) . I've tried to speak with THE BOSS but I was told he was calling and he is not there. They kept serving other people at tables but obviously they were Germans. We have reported this to the reception and they appologies for the inconvenience and they offered us 10euros . Of course we refused it. If I would not have been with my kids and wife for sure I would have moved to a different hotel. Booking: you charged me in advance for something that was not even close to what you sold? How this is called ? I have pictures on my phone I can upload them later on if required.

Everything was perfect

Everything. Breakfast was well equipped, hotel was well located and easily accessible even by foot from Sinsheim station and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I travelled to watch a Hoffenheim football match and it was very well located for that! Also very quiet I had no issues getting to sleep.

When I arrived there was no one in attendance at reception and a sign saying call 0176636643804, which I did 6 times but it was an automated msg saying it could not connect, I also called the main number 826140200, five times and it just rang out. I also sent an email and got no response. Its now been several days and I still haven’t heard anything from the property about what happened or about a refund

Good value, Clean room, Comfortable bed, Good breakfast included in price, Free and convenient parking and not forgetting the discount card for entrance to Technical Museum Sinsheim. Staff were lovely too. Well done to all. Keep up the good work.
