The room was very clean, the location was great, the staff was cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. We had a comfortable balcony with a mountain view. The breakfast was great.

It was unseasonably warm when we visited. We knew there was no air conditioning, but a small fan would have done wonders to improve the comfort at night. We asked for one, but they didn’t have any. Our room was on the first floor, near the parking lot, so leaving the patio door open was not a good option for privacy and noise. It was very hot in the room, making it difficult to sleep.

Excellent location - close to town, but.just far enough away from the main street to feel quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent -lots of delicious options. The room was as described.

Parking was full so had to park a street away but its no-big deal at all.

Wi-fi is hardly working..I had to use my own data. The bed is veery soft, pillow as well...so my back hurts now phaha

Hotel is in walking distance from the railway station. Hotel itself is in vintage style, wooden furniture and lovely views. Staff is very friendly, breakfast in the hotels' restaurant is pleasant. Sauna and pool option exists as well.

The breakfast was really good. The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool was great. The staff was so friendly and the restaurant and bar in the evening was really good.

What we liked the most about was the kindness of the people who worked there. They were always so polite, especially the lady serving the breakfast. It was my husband’s birthday, they noticed it and reserved a table for us, lighted a candle and gave us a sparkling wine.

The staff were so friendly and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The buffet breakfast was exceptional everyday. The rooms were warm and comfortable and clean. Finding the hotel and parking was easy. Would stay there again.

Can’t fault the place.

All the staff (and the hotel dog) were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable with a nice seating area and view of the snow capped mountains. Breakfast was plentiful with a great choice and served in a cute, homely dining area.

The room and bathroom were very small but comfortable. A few nice touches but a kettle would have been a bonus as I had my own coffee/tea.

The staff were efficient and generally very friendly. We had no major issues during our stay. Breakfast was fine despite a bit of a space issues in the restaurant with so many guests staying there. Dinner wasn't served when we were there.

The price was high but I don't know if it's because we came on a celebration weekend...other than that, I want to visit again! If you are used to large TVs, you'll be disappointed and it's next to the bed, so you'll have to watch from the chairs in the room. It didn't matter to me.

The room was spacious, the views incredible, walking distance to everywhere. Nice dry heat sauna, pool, and other amenities. Breakfast was amazing! There was an accordion player in the bar and the people were loving it. We heard it from our room, but they stopped promptly at 2200. Go to the church when the band/choir is practicing even if you don't attend. They are amazing and the church is exceptional to look at.
