How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Although primarily a large conference hotel, it still manages to feel welcoming and comfortable. The staff strike the perfect balance between being attentive and unobtrusive, always ready to help when needed. My room was spotless, well-kept, and offered everything I needed for a pleasant one night stay. The location is great — just a relaxed 10–15 minute stroll to the charming old town and the magnificent cathedral. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a generous selection of fresh, delicious dishes to start the day right. I also appreciated the secure underground parking, spacious and easy to access, for €12 per day. Overall, an excellent choice whether visiting for business or leisure.

The furniture in the rooms is getting dated. The TV and especially the quality of reception is pretty bad. There was a drain under the bathroom sink that smelled pretty bad.
Love the location, close but not loud through too much foot traffic. The staff is always nice and the parking garage is very convenient (not cheap though, but when is parking ever cheap). Their breakfast is outstanding though. Great selection and excellent service!

The room was good, the only problem we had was the bathroom has a humid smell to it. Maybe it was just ours but that’s the only thing.

Great staff, good breakfast, spacious room - and a little play corner on the third floor for kids, which our five-year-old loved! Parking was found very, very close by.

In the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell from time to time. Also, TV was to the right from beds, not in room centre.
Nice room, new furniture, relatively big, great location, super cool cafe, and breakfast, all clean. We checked in before the official check-in time.

Our room was room for dogs. It was a little problem for my boyfriend who is alergic for dogs (our dog is hypoalergic).
Very tasty and variable breakfast. Our room was prepared for our dog.

Beds and pillows were a bit too soft for our liking. The hotel had a bit of a corporate vibe but I think the hotel is used for hosting conferences so I guess this makes sense. I would say the price was a bit steep; it wasn’t incredible value for money.
Overground parking was useful and much appreciated. Location was great and staff were friendly. Rooms were a good size with everything you needed and well maintained. A big selection of breakfast items available (including some items for vegans).

The staff only cleans your room every other day. The fitness room is tiny and does not offer much. If you want anything else, besides what the hotel offers, you have to walk into old town. Very quiet area. We paid extra to stay in a hotel with the air conditioning, yet this facility’s air conditioning was barely functioning.
The hotel is new and in good condition. The breakfast was very nice.
