MalaysiaA bit of noise pollution but not too bothersome. The toilet facility was separate from my room which made it a bit inconvenient but it was manageable. I would suggest leaving hand soap in there too.
Hotel was very accommodating to our needs - we arrived earlier than check-in time and they were kind enough to allow us to place our luggage with them. Breakfast was excellent, our rooms were clean, and had many useful amenities and the beds were very comfortable.

GermanyIf you book your hotel room using Booking.com and need a double room with two large beds, it's better to contact the hotel to work with them directly. While a double room with two queen size beds was option when I booked using the app, I think that was an error. I think that was perhaps a Booking.com issue, not an issue with the hotel. And the hotel was absolutely wonderful helping us sort it out.
The staff were excellent and did everything they could to accommodate us. I feel they went above and beyond for us the entire stay. They were able to speak English well enough for our needs. The hotel is on the promenade along the river and a short walk from everything you would want to see and do. We dropped off our bags and parked at a park house on Endertstrasse which was 9 euros. Breakfast was really nice, the seating area is comfortable and cozy, and the hotel has an elevator to access upper floors. We also got some recommendations for dinner, which was lovely.

The position of the hotel and the veiw from my room was wonderful.Also the fact that you had Cochem in your hands and all at your disposal. The only thing I found a,little out of order about Cohem is you could not rent a car.

Great breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, Our double room with balcony was very nice with a great view. The only negative comment I could make is that the bathroom was way too small and especially the clearance between the toilet and the wall - it was so tight it was difficult to use the toilet.
