„Waldhotel“ name was a bit deceiving, but still a most pleasant stay.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, has parking right outside, spacious and clean rooms, pet friendly (easy access out to the garden in the back as the rooms have their own back doors), good food at the restaurant (the sweet potato gnocchi was lovely!)

NOTHING AT ALL

Everything. The hotel is absolutely outstanding in all respects. It is a most delightful hotel. The bedrooms are quiet, comfortable and well furnished. The staff are invariably polite, interested and they treat their customers extremely well. The hotel has ample, very convenient parking, it is located far enough away from the nearby road that no traffic noise is heard in the hotel. The choices at the continental buffet style breakfast are virtually endless ( no Ulster fry’s available) and the dining room serves a range of delicious meals. We recommend this hotel very highly with no caveats at all.

Classic German style in a green environment. Very good German cuisine restaurant and very vibrant.

No tea or coffee facilities in room which seems unusual now. Didn't appear to be choice of coffee at breakfast and there was a bit of a lack of replenishment of items even when mentioned. Breakfast tea, butter and hot water. Think staff rather stretched that morning.

My family use this hotel every single trip we make to Paderborn. Simply because of the staff. From the reception team to the catering team every morning - polite friendly and always Willing to assist with every demand. Overall, a perfect hotel with a perfect team.

I cannot think of anything that could have been better.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained - so much so that all looked brand new. I arrived after check-in had closed but they made special provision and accommodated my request. Lots of parking. Super breakfast - and a pot of coffee on the table (which I really appreciated). Staff were very pleasant and efficient - e.g. no problem getting a company invoice.

I requested adjoining rooms. we were given a room on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor. After we discussed, this situation was adjusted. The non-existent gym, although it says on the booking that there is. It was explained to us that it was a booking error! Slightly outdated furniture.
