We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineI booked this hotel specifically because of its location and possibility to order an airport shuttle, as I needed to come to an airport early in the morning. The Hotel's page on Booking says: "Airport shuttle available at an additional charge. You can request this in the next step.". So I requested it on the next step. But nobody replied. Later I sent one more message and kindly asked to reply me, as that was very important for my trip planning. But nobody replied anyway. I couldn't risk to miss my plane and so I found a different option. But I could cancel my reservation only by paying 100% of the price. So it was a waste of money which, of course, was charged from my account. Although there was no ANY reply from the hotel. At all. I really doubt that hotel staff will read my feedback, the same was as they didn't read my messages. But maybe my experience will help someone to avoid my mistake.
