Would actually be great to have a choice, where to stay. It is my fifth visit and I do have my preferences by now :)

What I like about this place, is that you actually have everything you need for a short stay. The rooms are of a different size and a bit different design, but you still have all you need. It is clean, instructions are easy, communication is really good and uncomplicated if you need something.

I have family in Handorf, so this location was perfect for us. The site is quiet and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The use of codes makes it so easy to get access whatever time you arrive.

It is my fourth time staying here, but unfortunately this time no 5-star review. Not sure if it depends on actual house/floor you are staying at. For me it was House A, second floor and it was not good. Extremely low water pressure in the shower, no air conditioning, no fan or jalousie (with 34 degrees outside really problematic). And it costed twice as much as usual. I understand everything about weekend and EM championship, but when I pay more than 100 Euro a night I also want some proper service

Nice location to reach by car or public transport. Rooms are big and clean, there is an opportunity to make coffe/tea in the room and the shared kitchen is on the floor.

Very nice apartment. All details are thought through, all you need for a stay is there. Good communication, but also great place to stay if you want no communication: good instructions and everything works.

Issue with the shower, would go between scalding hot and freezing cold. Very Strict check in time, 4pm is a late check in and you can't get in a minute earlier 10am is a poor check out time too

A car is needed to reach the place (~25min from the city center). Cleaning could be better. Room close to the shared kitchen is smelly (food). Lower pressure in shower.

My elderly partner was a bit shocked and disappointed at first that there were no personnel! (He is germanophile and likes to keep the language alive in his head - but nearby restaurant made up for this). Afterwards he admitted underestimating how good this property was for the price. Disappointed that someone left unwashed plates in shared kitchen, but may be dishwasher was already going when they left and they didn’t realise you can hand wash dishes? Bit of noise early evening from a dog barking for quite some time in hallway of house behind but settled by nightfall. There are still building works going on on ground floor after transformation from standard hotel. Not a problem for us!

Nice, large, modern room with fridge and communal kitchen. Extra crockery and cutlery in room too. Self-catering but we had expected that. Free off-street carparking just by the door. All access works by codes - once we worked out what to do that was no problem. Lift to first floor where our room was. Room was bright and cheery. Nice restaurant just 500m away with large outdoor area which was unexpected in this residential area. Bus stop by the door with regular bus service into central Münster. View across fields to rear. I liked this room a lot, elderly partner slightly less convinced by this sort of formula.

Although the room itself was accessible, the shared kitchen did not seem accessible (i.e. for wheelchair users) at all. The main thing that was a problem for me (and, in the grand scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal) is that I didn't receive check-out information until after I had already left the property the next morning. I tried to send messages on WhatsApp and through Booking.com, but no one monitors the messages overnight until about 9 or 10am in the morning (and I had to leave at 8am). Receiving checkout instructions the night before I had to leave would have been ideal.

The location was great; a quiet neighbourhood, but right on a main bus route and in easy walking distance of a grocery store. Overall, the room was really nice and included everything I needed. I liked that I was sent a door code ahead of time and could just let myself in. I was given a ground floor, wheelchair accessible room. I don't personally need that level of accessibility, but I like that they have the option at this property.

The bathroom in 1c smelled very bad of sewage so we had to open all the windows and doors in freezing weather to get some of the smell out. In room 20a the bed was very small for a 2 persons bed.

The rooms were spacious and looked modern. Was easy to reach someone on the phone for help.

The room didn't look anything like the pictures. It was more a 15-16 m2 cramped room than the advertised 26 m2. One person had to pass above the other in order to get in or out of bed. Clearly the pictures are misleading. There are no hosts on site, which was expected. However, it got off to a bad start when there was no hot water in the bathroom or shower. So I raised the issue in the evening with the online support. The next morning just before check-out time, when they told me the issue had been resolved, we had already left. The bed was poor. My wife had to sleep on the floor to try and get some rest. On the floor ! Having booked a room with a bed for the night ! How bad is that ? But wait... As for me, I also barely slept because of lack of air as the room was totally overheated. It was about 26-28°C in the room, whereas the outside temperature was 22° in the evening and 15° in the morning. The problem is it's not possible to keep the window open, because of the noise of people speaking and listening to music just underneath, because of the smell of their cigarettes coming in, and worst of all because a floodlight would flash on and off directly into our room when anybody moved outside. By far the worst night of our trip. I would not book there or in any other home2share property ever again.

It was clean. It had a bed. And a roof. Unfortunately, I don't have much more positive to say.

The communication with the property was very easy and pleasant. We got all the information beforehand in the client portal and our arrival was without problems. The house offered more than we needed, it's very well made for larger groups. I must say, that we only stayed overnight from 22pm until 10am, so there's not much wrong we could notice. But for our purposes it was perfect.

I felt a little unsafe. Since I did not know how to lock my door with the automatic system (and they could not assist me via the service line) I was simply given access to the locker which held my room keys. Anyone can easily access all of the keys to all the rooms in that locker which is rather questionable. The room was neat but the walls and cupboards looked like they had their fair share of fights. And the bathroom vent made my whole room smell like smoke.

The room was fairly big, clean and had a cute balcony but could use some renovations or at least a paint job. The helpline is very fast to respond. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

The door unlocking system of entering a code did not work consistently. Sometimes it took 8 tries. The facility has no air conditioning. My room on upper floor got the long afternoon sun. The room was stifling hot. (June). At around 10 pm it would cool down without the sun. Having no manager on property was difficult.
