Unfortunately it was very warm outside and there was no AC in the room. The spa part is without swimsuit, and to reach to that nice spa from the picture, you have to go through the 'naked' part.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious room. The beds were comfortable, the food was okay, the swimming pool was great. The location is also very good, pretty close to two supermarkets.

The pictures don’t represent a true picture of the actual hotel, which was most probably last renovated in the early 2000. The interior was dated except for restaurant area. There was a huge construction project directed outside of the hotel, that we wish we knew about. The access to the Therme is nice but we have found the entire stay overpriced.

Really liked the structure and the direct connection to the Spa. Great for kids as well. Lots of space for parking, even if it was hot weather, the room stayed cool and it was nice to swim inside and outside in the pool. Nice location to visit the region. Very good breakfast.

However, the room we stayed in was tiny (for two people even) and the bed only had one bedside table with sockets and one bedside lamp. The pool and thermal springs are open to the public as well which can make it incredibly crowded on a hot day. You have to also pay extra if you want to use the sauna and the garden spa (as seen in the picture the outside pool and lake). This is also open to the public and can get very crowded as well - not really a wellness / relaxation spot!! Furthermore the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly but the waiters need more training on their menu (got two orders wrong within two days…). The price (100€ per night per person) is very excessive for what you get in the end unfortunately since we were expecting a nice relaxing getaway.

The hotel area is big and offers various amenities such as included breakfast with a big variety and the free use of the pools next door (excluding the garden spa and sauna). The restaurant inside is huge and offers a new daily menu for a very fair price.

It was too hard to find parking spot, it would be much easier to have a special parking places for the hotel guests.

We were enjoyed with our stay, the personnal was friendly, the room was a little bit oldy, but cozy and clean with bahtrobes and towels for swimming-pool, allday free access to the sauna and aqua-zone, also a breakfast was really good.

Very crowded in weekend-swimming-pool was like a soup with a people.Price of a restaurant a little bit overrated and too high. Very old installation,but clean. Now-TOTALLY TERRIBLE BLOND WAITER-Woman in a restaurant,with a tail,i didn’t ask a name-blond with clear eyes,middle age.A hell service-we came with a little boy as a family to eat a La carte-nobody explained us about a system(was a fist evening),and we saw nothing for kids a la carte and we changes with our waiter to a Buffet. Suddenly i was by buffet taking a food and she was SCREAMING behind my back “why does she rakes a food at buffet???she has a la carte-like typical german angry screaming in front of my nose…i was with my son by buffet…(instead of ask quite-like in a NORMAL SERVICE,why we changed our dinner). No she was screaming,and after i turned and looked shokex at her-she runned away,but 3 long dats she was watching bed at me. This kind of people are not possible to work at a service in Hotels!!!she has to get fired inmidiatly. I wouldn’t reccomend a Hotel only because of this reason-because she madd my stay for 3 days not comfy. Also i sent a few time email to book massages and restaurants abfront-nobody answer you-its also first time in my travelling life…

We were expecting a pool exclusively for the hotel guest and turned out the pool is a public pool. Luckily it wasn't too full during our stay but I could imagine it's not so convenient for the hotel guests when the pool is too packed especially in the summer.

Room interior is not so modern but it's clean and comfy. Our booking included breakfast and dinner. The food was good and the restaurant was quite pretty. We appreciated there's a baby pool area which made us feel safe to stay with our little ones so in the end we had a relaxing holiday with our two little children.

Room Cleaners…. They were very noisy throughout my three day stay. If you wish for a lay in…. It’s not happening. The cleaners shout to each other whilst cleaning the rooms and they start around at 0830! Be prepared to get out of bed!! The cleaners do the minimum…change towels and sometimes..re-stock the minibar. Nice enough ladies… but noisy as hell. Sorry… but that’s the truth.

First things first: The meals served at the dinner were excellent! Following the fun at the pool during day time, dinners were truly the highlight of each day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Reception, cleaning staff, waiters, pool guards, everybody is working hard and dedicated, with a smile. Rooms were quite warm, I even slept with just a t-shirt on. So cold weather is no problem. Pool/therma is incredibly fun for kids. To make sure (as we weren't 100% before we arrived) you have full access to the therma facility if you're staying at the hotel. All kinds of fun for kids, slides, pirate ship area, etc. You can even enjoy the outdoor part of the pool in the cold weather, as the pool is heated. There are also jakuzi areas which adults enjoy. But be aware, it is very very crowded in the pool. So even if this doesn't slow down kids from having lots of fun, if you're intention is to relax in a quite setting or swim back and form, this may not be the ideal spot for you. But if your aim is to have fun with kids, then this is a great place. Hotel has free parking but as the therma area is also open to daily visitors, it is almost always full. You may have to drive around to find a spot. Hotel has a neighboring forest area, which is very peaceful and a great opportunity for taking walks. There is also rental bikes available, but we didn't use them, so cannot comment on that. As mentioned in the beginning, dinners are excellent. Perfect taste, perfect service. Breakfast is quite good as well, very familiar if you're used to German style breakfast. We were quite full after having the breakfasts. Rooms are clean are tidy. For some reason the wall is not perpendicular and the beds is slightly rotated. Bottomline: This is a great hotel if you want to have a few days of fun with your kids and have a nice holiday.

Parking is free, but since the pool is open to everyone, it can be quite hard to find a spot near the hotel if you come at a busy time. We wanted to book a massage, but you had to call to book, we decided against it because of that, since our German isn't all too good. There was a really nice salt water floating pool, but it cost 6 euros extra, which seemed a bit much on top of the hotel price. They also sold cups of tapwater in the salt water pool area for €2,50, even though you already paid 6 euro to get in the area. The rooms were a bit outdated in look and the room was quite warm in summer. It didn't help that the person in the room below us was smoking, so we had to close the window. All in all, the price seems a bit high if you come just for the pools. Maybe if you're a big sauna fan it might be worth it, but it wasn't really for us.

The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The pool is open to everyone, so it can get quite busy. But it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was great!
