Elevator was not working, and the staff was only on site until 5:00 so it made it hard to store luggage as long as we needed to to explore.

Great location near the train station and close to sites! Staff was very friendly and also held our luggage until 5:00 pm the day we were leaving and exploring Marburg. Marburg itself was wonderful with such history and beauty, sites and wonderful people!

I didn’t mind it but the shower is very small, if you are on the larger side it may be an issue. Door is a little difficult to master but once you figure it out it’s fine. Our room was street facing and can hear all outside noise but that was not an issue for us.

Very helpful staff; nice rooms with a lot of space; option to make tea and to purchase drinks and snacks at the honesty bar. Ideally positioned between town and station. We loved the option of a lunch/breakfast parcel, making onward travel early in the day so much more uncomplicated. There is also a nice bakery with excellent opening hours next door.

The price is very high.

The location is perfect. It is close to the main train station, the church, some shops and some restaurants. The room is very clean. The staff is friendly.

Convenient location for both the train station and the lower town. The manageress helpfully allowed me to check in early and gave me a larger and better room than I had booked

I’m a very light sleeper, so for me it was quite a problem that I could hear the alarms clock of the person in the room next to me. Mainly because the person did get the alarms right away and also because it was before my own alarm. So if noises are a problem, be aware the walls are very thin

Not a show stopper but wifi is only limited to 2 devices. Even if the other device stopped using the wifi (e.g. laptop), you cannot "transfer/allocate" the connection to another device.

Centrally located. Room is quite big. Ample power sockets which is so good. Big enough bathroom space which is not that common in other hotels. The staff (Sophia) is super nice. In the summer it might be hot since there's no airconditioning. Luckily I came when the weather is just nice and opening the window is enough for a cool breeze.

The staff was great. The mattress was absolutely incredible and the blinds provided extra darkness while sleeping. The location is central without being in right next to the central station. You can take one stop from the station or walk to the hotel.

The mansarda room we were given was Euro 130 with sloping ceiling for half of the room. It has no Aircon and no fan was provided, only a fan in the main corridor. The room under the roof was so hot it was impossible to sleep.

The reception staff individual was pleasant.
