I found the supply of shower gel and soap to be somewhat limited. The small sachets of shower gel and shampoo provided did not quite meet my needs. Additionally, while a kettle was available in the room, I was disappointed to find that there were no tea or coffee provisions, which I have come to expect in hotels. Considering the price, I must admit to a degree of dissatisfaction with what was offered.

I found the atmosphere quite pleasant, and it is conveniently located near a lovely park.

I got a number of emails about Checking in after 3pm. That is out of control! The lack of an elevator (might be a bigger issue for some guests).

The bathroom was very small. Not much room to move around. It fits fine for just one person, but any more and it's just way too small.

Spacious room, comfy bed, clean, beautiful building and the location is quiet and nice. A very classic vibe overall. Direct tram/bus access. Very close to a couple of beautiful castles with a high location and beautiful view.

Bugs in room 14. Mold in the refrigerator of room 7. Curtains of room 7 & 14 coming loose, weird smell in room 7 (possibly drainage). Light of hallway coming through the room door of room 14. No amenities like tea or coffee in the rooms, no spoons (despite their being mugs).

Room 7 was big enough, room 14 was okay.

For me personally the mattresses were too soft and the duvets were too thin for this time of year, it gets pretty cold.

It was very quiet, the room was very big and spacious, the bathroom was new and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The furniture are really old. Some towels are broken. The coffee cup was also broken when having breakfast. It's pity obviously they are not managing the hotel well nowadys...

This hotel has great potential! The building itself is stunning, and it's located in a lovely area with a beautiful park just nearby. The room I stayed in was clean, but quite outdated, with the only recent renovation being in the bathroom. It was a bit stuffy in the room, which made it less comfortable. Breakfast was good, although there was no water offered, and the coffee was only filter coffee. On the plus side, the self-check-in process was incredibly convenient. Overall, given the price, it was a fair experience, but a few updates could make it even better.

The room is a little outdated in terms of furniture but of good quality. Just not the mid century “look”.. simply old. There’s nothing inside the fridge. The window blinds do not make it a full dark room as the light comes through on the sides.

The house looks amazing from the outside. Definitely an “abandoned” feeling but very alive and gorgeous, close to a park. The staff was amazing to let us book a last minute room, leaving all the information ahead of time with all the details. The car parking situation around is relatively easy as the area is already outside of the city center.

Was not able to communicate in English and would have been stuck without my basic German. There was only one fan in the whole building. Aircon is a must for hot days, especially for the upper rooms. There is no one to receive you after 15h00 in the afternoon, whilst the check-in time showed 15h00. There was also no basic coffee and tea utilities.

Beautiful historic building that is well maintained and equipped. We had some issues with our bathroom extractor fan, but the host was willing to give us another room which was bigger and better.

The beds were super worn out, one could count every single spring individual in one's back. The windows didn't shut properly, which was particularly bad considering the construction work outside the hotel.

The bathroom was redone and in really good condition, but couldn't make up for other shortcomings. The breakfast was good and the staff generally helpful and friendly.

The room was ok and clean overall, however we noticed a few stains on the walls plus most furnitures surfaces have stains too and seems to have been used a lot so this doesn't match with the price of the room. It costs a bit more than it should and it was without breakfast. Maybe it would have been good to slowly start replacing some of those furnitures like you did with the bathroom.

Our room was quite big and comfortable. The bathroom was probably freshly renovated because it was modern compare to the rest of the room that had older decoration and furnitures. We liked that we had easy access and view of our car as it was parked in front of the building. We also liked the location and it's close to restaurants. Especially if you're driving all day and you desperately need a good dinner.

It wasn't clean. Dusts on the fridge and tables. Empty bottles next to the trash bin. Hair in the bed sheets. One pillow was so worn out... Didn't even look or feel like a pillow, there were only crumbles left. Broken handle of a cupboard. Pictures were way nicer.

Older building so no elevator. Check in was a self check in style. Really had no contact with any staff except for checkout. To be honest, I felt I was inconvieniencing the desk clerk when I want to pay. No smile, no thank you. Maybe they should have self check out as well.

We couldn't sleep because there was a construction site next to our room which apparently doubled as a party location on Friday night, all the way until Saturday morning. Sleeping was impossible.
