The villa is furnished in a very nice style and offers a beautiful garden. This area is generally very nice and offers good connections to the city center. We got on really well with the owner and staff member. She gave us valuable tips and, when asked, also told us about the history behind this villa. All in all, we really enjoyed our extended weekend. On the day of departure we were thankfully allowed to leave our car in the parking lot to visit Augsburg on foot/by public transport. All in all really nice villa, great breakfast and super nice staff. We would love to come back!

Our room lock was not working but we were very happy with everything.

The gardens set off the Villa to make it feel a little hide away in Augsberg. We only had one night but wished we had more. The lady who checked us in & served at breakfast was very friendly & made us feel welcome. The room had all we needed. We would highly recommend Villa Arborea to others.

This property was fantastic, eventhough a little bit outside the city center. It is very well located across the street from a tram stop that took us into the city within 5-10 minutes. The breakfast provided was excellent. It had many options and one of the owners was there to greet us every morning with a smile and anything we needed. She even sent us home with a local spice mix that i liked so much on my eggs she made to order. The room was clean and functional. Overall, great value, exceptional service and we'll located. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Just one negative, the breakfast badly needs hot food options. There were not even any eggs. Cold cheese, cold ham, cold tomatoes and cold yoghurt is not breakfast, its a snack for a hot summer afternoon.

NotrThe garden was lovely. If we had had warm weather we'd have spent time in it, although I think the noticeable traffic noise from the big bypass nearby might have intruded. But the windows in our room were very effective at keeping the rumble out.

Lovely spacious room with view over the carefully tended and attractive garden. A small but nicely stocked honesty bar was useful, as was being able to ask for a kettle and mugs in our room. Tremendously cheerful reception and service at breakfast. Location is convenient, with the No 1 tram outside the door, whisking you to Königsplatz in 7-8 minutes .

Girl at reception desk was so kind and answered our questions and helped us get around town. Hotel was so comfortable and clean and the garden of the house is sooo beautiful! Loved this hotel and would stay again. It had parking which was fabulous and a train stop outside the building. Safe, quiet, and comfortable area.

The room was a tad bit cold during the night because the hotel did not heat it early enough before our arrival. The fact that the outside temperature was fairly below zero did not help either as our room was on the ground floor with the entrance door that leads directly into the garden.

The staff was super friendly and ready to help, great selection at breakfast, large, spacious room, enough parking places.

Ideally situated for us as we were travelling through Germany. We were able to take the bus into Augsburg and explore the city. Very good breakfast with a great choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable.

Reiner was a wonderful host. The room and facilities were comfortable very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Well located just outside the city but on a tram line into the city was very convenient. The tram stop was opposite.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in the room, and although they came in to clean on the first day, no one cleaned the room the second day. I don’t know why. The shower also took a long time to get hot.

The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and pillow. There’s a supermarket across the way and it’s right by the big park. The garden is pretty and the breakfast was good.
