The air conditioning is an amazing thing, especially in the summertime, but was a bit noisy. That’s it.

The woman who welcomed us at the villa was very friendly and with a smile, the parking is one of the most convenient, right next to the villa, the bedding is very soft, the room is tidy, cozy. We found water, tea and sweets, which was very thoughtful. View through the windows was also very pleasing! We would gladly come back here to stay more than a night if we were passing by or going exactly to Dresden again. Thank you. 💙

Only 7 parking spots on the private parking area. The street parking is free and that’s where we parked, we had no problem, it’s just a longer distance to bring your bags. And the other thing is that the check in is until 19. We were travelling from Budapest that day with two small kids, so we started getting worried if we can make it on time. That was the only reason we were considering unbooking. I am glad we didn’t! But I would recommend some kind of online check in option available after 19, just to make it easier for travellers like us.

I loved the place! Everything is very clean and new! The family that owns it is very nice and helpful! I have to say, the pictures don’t do justice to the room, i feel like the room was so much better than what the photos show.

Located in a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood, it’s convenient to rent a bicycle and cycle alongside the river Elbe to see the castles or cycle from the bridge to the city centre which takes 20-30 minutes. The villa looks lovely, stuff is helpful

Nothing to complain; but although hotel, no restaurant for dinner - don't worry - the restaurants this hotel recommends are really around the corner and would probably be your choice for dinner anyway;

Balcony was a real treat with the nice weather we had; everything was nice and wonderful; was happy with the small fridge; beer, wine and drinks at reception desk (pay when leaving) is really nice feature.

Everything was beyond our expectations 🥰

It was a pleasure to be the guest of this wonderful Villa. The host is amazing, very welcoming and was always anticipating our needs. The room was clean, cozy and warm. Location is perfect: we visited Dresden before Christmas and it took 10 min by bus to reach the Alterplatz, which is located walkable distance from the old center. By the way, there is a nice Christmas fair 2 min walk from the Alterplatz. It is a surprisingly quiet and safe district of Dresden, I would never choose another one, even closer to the center. Complementary mulled wine at the reception made our days even more pleasant :) If there is a chance to visit this marvelous city again, I will definitely return to this Villa 🥰 P. S. It looks like a little museum inside - historical paintings on the walls and a bit tricky but very beautiful spiral staircase leading to the attic rooms!

The gentleman from the reception was so great! The communication with him was so relaxed, making us feeling welcome. The room was very clean and exactly like the description on the site. The Villa is situated in a quite neighborhood not far from the city center. When we will return to Dresden, for sure we will come back here.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with how big the rooms are, it had free parking as well. Check-in was very easy and it was just very comfortable especially for 3 people. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and very lovely with all the options they have. Location was good as we had a car and we didn't need for our accommodation to be next to altstadt (where we spent most of our time).

There’s only 9 tight parking spaces so if they have a lot of guests with cars you will have to find street parking. Not many eating options in walking distance. The closest area with food is a 25 minute walk.

It’s very cute and super comfortable. It had a mini fridge. Shower temperature was great. Easy to check in but definitely let them know your arrival time because they don’t keep staff there at all times. WiFi was good. There’s one grocery store within a close walk. We didn’t put a sign on the door so they cleaned the room unexpectedly after one night with clean towels. Shutters keep the room dark.

Beautiful villa in grate quite location, close to public transport. We've got large room with terrace, that was comfortable for 3 people. Friendly and helpful staff. They left the key and complete instructions for us due to late arrival. Very clean room and bathroom. We've enjoyed our stay.
