Air conditioning didn't work properly it was hot in the room.

Big comfortable bed. Free minibar in the room with couple of drinks. Nice staff. Very good breakfast, rich in variety. Underground parking.

The only small inconvenience was the shower door which did not close completely and a lot of water went in the bathroom, but having a DM nearby we bought some paper towels and that solved our problem

The hotel is modern and the tram line right in the intersection next to the hotel, leads directly to all the baroque city attractions. The staff have been helpful and have also helped us with our medical bag. Also the area is pretty quiet and has a lot of locations where you can grab a bite or shop for anything you may need. Also the TV in the room was huge and supported casting from our devices which was rather entertaining for evenings when you want to watch a movie/show

I wish there was a real AC. It can be challenging in the hot weather to sleep. Opening the window helps.

The staff was very friendly and helpful by giving the advice how to get to city center. The city center reachable by public transport (Bus Nr. 68 or Tram Nr. 9 ) and it is direct connection ~10 min. Hotel had a good breakfast with a big choice of food. In general I would say this is really good ration of price and quality of stay. I would advise to others to stay here. Hotel has a big parking garage.

It was weird that most of the time there was noone at the front desk. Also, the sheets and mattress in my first room had some spots, but the hotel offered me an alternative that was clean.

The reception has limited hours, and need to go downstairs for any extras like no kettle in room, etc.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and nearby tram/bus connection. Staff were nice and enjoyed the coffee/tea downstairs and the late checkout (relative to other places) on weekends/public holidays.

In the room, there are 2 locks: mechanical and electronic. The electronic worked, however the mechanical was broken. TV - maybe I'm too stupid but I didn't figure out how to operate it, I started it but couldn't load any channels no matter what in this room (was not a problem in Comfort room of this same hotel) Reception - payment in cash possible only in exact amount, they don't give change back Reception is closed in the morning until 13:00 as well as at night after 23:00 - was not a problem though

Parking is free in the immediate neighborhood (or hotel garage is 12€/night) This room had a bathtub (not all rooms do) Very comfy double bed Clean LED lightning Free drinks in the minibar (5 small glass bottles including 1 coca cola, 1 local beer and 3 mineral water bottles) Fast checkout - just throw the key-card into a box at the reception Attractions nearby: DM drogerie - famous German chemist's store (5 minutes walking) A few other food shops, kebabs.. in the neighborhood Kaufpark - large shopping mall (5 km away, free parking) - food court and lots of clothes/shoes/jewelry stores inside

No hot water. I arrived în the evening around 19:00 and I wait more then 20.min the hot water to come but not succes. În the morning the same situation.

Overall the Hotel was ok, public transport very close.

The heating was quite hard to balance, which make sometimes the rooom really hot, even with low numbers.

Really comfortable, the staff was really friend, nice location, the bathroom was excellent, we were really happy there.

Check in strictly after 3pm. Reception available 1pm-11pm. Makes sense to reduce reception time to save costs, because of all the extra free amenities they offer.

The door in the shower did not lean well, water leaked a bit during taking a shower.

The room was large. Free drinks.Small fridge. Quiet neighbourhood. There was a big mirror, magnifying mirrors, large wardrobes. Big TV screen in the room.
