I was instructed by kitchen staff during breakfast to use the same utensils throughout the whole breakfast, after another staff member had just taken all my dishes away. Only in Germany you can fail as a guest by using too many forks :)

The lady at the reception had forgotten how to smile, she was rude to us, we didn't like it at all, it's a good hotel in general, the elevator was terrible, she made us jump by standing stiffly on the floor she came from...

I liked the hotel very much, the people running the show were very well organized and the room was clean and easy to habit throughout the stay. It helped greatly being located next to the station and there was easy accessibility to all of Garmisch-Partenkirchen's attractions!

The price is too much. But I think it is pretty much like that everywhere there.

Our toddler was not eating anything at their breakfast buffet. They were kind enough to allow us to take some food for him upstairs in our room.

The restaurant area had 100% always only American music. I wanted to hear authentic German music. Room Cleaning is at 08AM already with staff knocking on door and asking, waking me up. In every other hotel cleaning always started at 10. The bathroom had cold ventilation, so after a warm shower, the air is ice-cold and it's easy to get sick. The reception gave incorrect bus directions.

Because it's right by the center of town, not all the rooms have fabulous mountain views. Lots of those just outside the door.

GREAT LOCATION! 100 meters away from the bahnhof. Easy access to busses etc. Breakfast buffet (7-10) is VERY good but they start cleaning up a few minutes early so don't don't show up hungry at 9:55. Otherwise property is great. Oh...their front desk is not open at night, so if you need to check-in late you should call them and they can arrange it.

The hotel has a convenient location next to the railway station. The breakfast was good. You’ll get a complimentary pass to use the local transportation, discount from museum tickets etc. Also possibility to use a fitness center facilities nearby. I really appreciated these extras. Would definitely visit again!

There was no double bed in the room, just two single beds moved together. Also the bathrooms are a bit small.

Closeness to the ski area via train, breakfast and ski storage. Very good place to stay for a couple of skiing days.

Hotel staff is the most helpful and friendly I have experienced in Germany. The rooms were cleaned every day with care also. Breakfast was very complete with different fresh options. Close to the ski station. I could see a beautiful mountain from my balcony (as a nice little detail).

Can''t think of anything major. maybe the only thing i could say is that the hotel restaurant was not open on sunday & monday evening- but that was no problem as there are restaurants around the hotel.

Staff were really helpful. They allowed us to use their microwave to make porridge for my toddler. Also, the location of the hotel is really good- it's just outside the train station and there are restaurants all around.
