Quiet location, still centrally location to reach shopping and restaurants quickly in a short stroll. Very friendly and polite staff at reception. Secure parking options available.

Air conditioning system is old and doesn't cool the room down i couldn't fall asleep, went to cool myself off with a cold shower and an open window.

Very kind and helpful staff. Wonderful idea - giving a chocolate or health bar if you dont ask for a clean up that day. Pretty much everything was perfect except air conditioning.

The floor was very dirty, there were food rests (peanuts, etc) on the carpet. The carpet and the chair were stained. All in all the room didn't seem and feel clean.

Great location. Clean and accommodating facilities. All basics available. Note that you can access the train station through platform one . That will save the trip through the main entrance. Was important for us as we used the train.

There were only 5 parking spots available in the hotel. You can park at the garage next door but you have to pay. I always look for hotel including parking so it was unclear about the availability of the parking. The restaurant was closed

The staff is cool, no matter if they help you at the reception or in the restaurant or with cleaning. They are always friendly and witty. The rooms are great, location is beautiful with nice parking-facilities. The breakfast is really good with the best guacamole I ever had in Europe.

The walls were not soundproof. I was able to hear all the discussions from outside or from next door.

Short walk to the Christmas markets. The Schwebebahn right in front. A chocolate Santa was waiting in front of our room, nice gesture! Plenty parking space in the garage.

I had very noisy neighbours this time and failed to alert the hotel. The other problem I had was access to WiFi, which for some reason was not accessible on either of my devices. This is the first time this has happened.

The team at the Vienna House is so kind and helpful. They provided with a kettle upon request and are all around caring. I have stayed many times at the Vienna House, whenever I am in town to see my family. So the familiarity and kind atmosphere is very much appreciated. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable.

Eveything was fine and as advertised. The tv was really small, that could def use an upgrade. But other than that it was an enjoyable stay

The breakfast was really good with alot of options and one of the better breakfast options I have had in europe. The price was 15 euros but I think it was worth it and there was fresh options for everyone. the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming and kept the place clean in between customers.

the wifi in my room was useless, the signal was too weak und unreliable, it kept disconnecting, so I had to rely on the hotspot of my phone. this was extremely disappointing. I was in room 201, this is the very last of the corridor, I guess too far from the antenna to get a decent signal. make sure to ask for a higher number

the room was very nice, large, with appropriate and modern furniture (table, armchair, luggage rack) and very quiet. the location is nice, albeit not very central. a stop of the fancy suspension railway is just a few minutes' walk away, however the way back is a bit of an uphill slope

There is really not much to like. The hotel is an excellent place from which to visit Wuppertal or if you are in need of a stay in the area.

The room we had was very sizeable with a couch along the window that gave a great view over the city of Wuppertal. The Luisenviertel is in walking distance (< 10 min) and so is one of the stations on the Schwebebahn. Staff was excellent, super friendly and accommodating. There is a little free parking on the circle in front of the hotel, but plenty more in the paid garage, of which the price is reasonable. Dinner in the restaurant was fine, but the portions far too large. Breakfast buffet was excellent for the price.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the center with walking distance to train station and to the center. The breakfast has a good spread. You can also use the underground parking with a per day charge at the reception.

one night we couldn't eat in the hotel as a large group were arriving and they took precedence, although they were only there for 1 night.
