The soap holder fell off the shower wall on Saturday and was not fixed on properly, so fell off again on Sunday. This could have injured our feet.

The hotel is very easy to find, right next to Leipzig train station. Friendly reception staff, and large rooms with comfy beds. Would recommend.

The structure needs a restyling, it's a bit too old. Air conditioning was not easily adjustable. Breakfast was too costly compared to the actual offer.

The rooms were not modern enough for that kind of facility. Personally I don’t like carpets.

Unfortunately the parking was not possible in the hotel garage due to being fully booked.

The restaurant was closed, the car park was full, so 2 out of the 3 reasons I booked it for in the first place were non-starters, disappointing.

Good choice for breakfast, coffee was fantastic, good location, fantastic shower.

The hotel was a bit noisy at night as trams and traffic were audible during the night. I was in a fourth floor room at the front of the hotel. It didn't really bother me but people needing a quiet room should perhaps ask for one at the back of the hotel. I had requested a room with a double bed and I did get this but the duvet was a single, which was not so good. Light levels could be better in the room.

A very nice if slightly old fashioned hotel, eg the room key was an actual key with a heavy fob attached and the furnishings were a bit dated. However, it was very comfortable and the room had everything I needed and a decent shower. Breakfast was fantastic. An amazing selection on the buffet to choose from. All very good. The hotel is right opposite the station. It was quite close to the city centre.

The bar is not what I expected in a hotel of this level. Big screen tv transmitted soccer like in a sport bar. We went to the bar expecting a nice ambiance... maybe a relaxing jazz music. We preferred to go back to the room and open our own wine.

No kettle to make oneself tea. And no fridge. A bit expensive also, 165 euros per night! but that is the way now after Covid, everything became more expensive

The location was excellent 👌🏽 right next to the main railway station( less than 2 mn away)! The staff were excellent, cheerful and always ready to help. The room was good, nice and big enough for 2 people! Clean and easy to heat it up when needed.

Price was on the high end but there were no unpleasant surprises on the bill and I did feel that I got something for my money. The tram or subway could be heard even at 6th floor.

Lots of noise from the street which is a busy road. Sound isoltion works wuite well but as a light sleeper it did bother me a bit. AC is a portable fan which works ok but not ideal.

Central location, we upgraded to a superior room which is a good size. Show was very good and beds comfy
