Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spectacular and beautiful view from the restaurant. Food has been superb, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit older but very clean.

GermanyTerrible pillows, could not get a good night's sleep. A visitor can borrow a different pillow from the reception, but really, who tests his pillow before going to sleep? A minor negative point would also be the relatively bad accessibility for customers without a car, but that should be clear from its location. The value for money could also be a bit better, but you will probably not be disappointed.
Great view, great breakfast, very nice garden, very clean. Overall a good hotel.

Czech RepublicThe internet connection did not work at all. My message via booking.com to reserve table for dinner was not acknowledged and possibly not received. This was an issue as they were very busy with a reception. They have an attractive terrace for pre-dinner glass of wine but no service. They have an also attractive shop stocking local wines: but no price list so consternation when I wanted to buy! Overall conclusion with a management shake-up could be first class.
Excellent location in vineyard setting and easily accessible from motorway. Room was fine.
