There is no air conditionning so you have to open the windows at night during summer. And it would be great, just that there are trains passing through right by the window. But still it’s great to have this view so if you can sleep with the ear pods it’s totally fine :). And also perfectly fine for winter stays ! Also it’s only that our room that was from this side of the building, it doesn’t mean that it’s the case for all of them !!!

Great view and nice comfortable beds. Well equipped bathroom and room super clean. Great really great breakfast. Amazing scrambled eggs :)

I requested a fridge but was refused one. Beds - pillows were terrible and only 1. Could have had a top sheet, it was far too hot for a duvet. They were short staffed so couldn't serve at the bar and see to the customers at reception at the same time. - 1 fan wasn't enough to cool the room. Coffee at breakfast wasn't good and wasn't given a fresh pot of your own you were given what was left on previous tables.

The room just needed a bit of care and freshening up. Interestedly, instead of a candy on the pillow, there were earplugs. There was music for a bit from outside, but it wasn't on for too long. We had an odd robot picture in our room, but otherwise, it just needed to be updated.

The location was perfect for a visit to the area. We felt safe and at ease during our visit. Centrally located and easy to get to. The staff was nice and friendly. The bed was comfy and breakfast was tasty. The room and hotel areas were all clean.

The room is very small and you hear the train coming past. The hotel does provide free earplugs which helps with the noise

The location of the hotel is perfect to walk around the city. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the river. The breakfast was good.

One of the buildings had seven stairs at the entrance which made it not handicapped accessible. Parking was in municipal lot a block away. Their own underground lot was not always available.

Good buffet breakfast. Helpful providing us with ice for our room when we asked. Divided into 2 buildings which was confusing. Both had elevators. Road was divided and came right to the door to check in once we figured it out.

Room was very small and bed was smaller than advertised. Bed was advertised as large double bed 150-180 cm wide. Was actually less than 150 cm. Uncomfortable for 2 adults. Very little space to open 2 suitcases in a small room

Parking was a little difficult. I had communicated beforehand and was assured that they would reserve a space. This didn't work out, but it was not a problem as we were able to park in a car park down the road.

There is no ac. Fortunately, it was cool the night we stayed, and it was quiet outside, but if not for those two things, sleeping would not have been possible. Also, the beds were hard.

Quaint hotel. Typical German style where you get dressed to go down to breakfast and have your coffee there. Great location in Rudesheim! Staff was friendly for Germans.

The bathtub is not guaranteed and the clerks were not particularly friendly. Also, perhaps due to the heating system, warm shower needs to wait around 5 to 10 minutes.

It’s closed to the port and train station, the breakfast was nice and available with various options. The room is quite clean and cozy.
