Very dates room, very small lift with steps at the reception, which was not great as I had advised that our son was in a wheelchair. They never mentioned the steps but we managed to lift him.

The signage for the parking area at the rear of the hotel was difficult to find on first arrival but with help we managed to sort that out.

It was wonderful to have a staffed reception, and the receptionists were very helpful about checking in, and explaining the transport options in Hamburg. Breakfast was hearty with lots of hot and cold options.

The noise from the reckless handling of carts used for delivery near the hotel in the early morning could be improved. Bathroom is tiny and nice, just it could be really small for some people.

It’s close to a delivery warehouse, so you hear a lot of bins rolling even at night

It was very well located, the subway station is just outside the door of the hotel, and they have a parking, a mall, and so many stores and restaurants in the area. We visited during Christmas and there was a Christmas market right outside.

No one was there when I went to check out. I waited 10 minutes and kept asking "hello?" and then I ended up needing to just leave my card and a note there. The area is very active and fun, but there were people smoking crack literally right outside the door morning and night, which was not so great.

It was cozy. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The Ubahn is right there. 24/7 reception is a plus.

The size of the room was small, but was functional for our stay.

The staff were very friendly, checkin was straightforward and we appreciated being able to use the Hotel car park. It was a good location for us visiting friends, also the shopping centre next door was great for dinner.

the room was very noisy and quite small, if you are cyclist there are no store space for Ur bikes U need to keep them on the street. location is also far away from city center - not a good combination of price vs value

The room was on the forth floor where the elevator machine room was located. This would cause noise that was uncomfortable.

But Room size is very small, not as the size while booking mentioned. The bed is too much soft and narrow. Bathroom is also very small and uncomfortable. In warm days while open the window, outside the window was quite noisy , both in midnight and early morning.

Location is perfect, just above the U1 station. Reception staff is very nice . Room is clean.

Good location near public transport. Excellent breakfast. Rooms small but clean and good for one or two nights. Very friendly staff and a simple nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but just good old service and comfortable.
