The receptionist was very rude on the telephone when I inquired about the conditions for a one-day delay of our arrival due to illness. She also assigned us the smallest room because we booked through booking.com.

the temperature in the room was way to high (heating was on max)

it was a comfortable room. we ordered food in restaurant to take to the room and staff was very helpfull carrying everything to the room. Smiling employers - warm welcome in reception.

Pleasant two night stay, very good breakfast with plentiful seating areas, useful array of several car chargers (Shell Recharge RFID card seemed to work).NB extra charge made for parking.

Actually, there was nothing that we didn't like! The only reason we didn't give the highest score throughout is simply based on the bathroom. The tiles have been painted to give them an updated look, but it remains a bit outdated. That is my only critic point. It was of course, very clean, like everything else. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was fantastic! It is located just a short walk down to the harbor and all the restaurants, shopping, etc.. but is still quiet so that you're not getting a lot of noise from the street below. Breakfast was outstanding! The coffee machine even asks if you want cow's milk or vegan. A very nice touch, although there weren't a lot of vegan options on the buffet itself. We're vegetarians, so we were fine, but maybe a few vegan options would be nice. Our room was spacious and modernized.

Our experience at the restaurant wasnt the greatest. When we got there we got mixed directions on where we had to seat and they made us switch later. The waiteress wasnt in the best mood apparently. Food was ok but a bit pricy and not many options.

Great location and good facilities, our room was a bit out of the way but recently renovated and quiet so we didn’t mind. Breakfast was amazing, I’m not usually into eating much in the mornings but the pancakes and fresh organice juice conquered me immediately! The staff was very nice and attentive.

Our room was on the Neustadt and traffic was loud. It was very hot, so we had our windows open. Despite the noise, the bed was super comfy and I still managed to get some sleep.

Room 107 was relaxing, spacious and very clean. Bed was super cosy and comfy! Dinner on both nights in the restaurant was delicious. Essential to book, very popular! Waitressing staff were friendly and helpful and Silke at reception looked after us so well! Great choice for breakfast and all delicious. I particularly liked the freshly squeezed orange juice and the scrambled eggs with crispy bacon! Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the Marien Kirche, "Tina", Marktplatz and don't miss the "Wochenmarkt" every Thursday. Great atmosphere, we were there on a sunny day! This is one hotel I'd love to stay again!

Excellent location. Very comfortable room with oak beams. Very nice breakfast. Plenty of parking at a reasonable price. Very helpful English-speaking receptionist (who had lived in London).

The breakfast was good, very clean hotel, great brewery restaurant next door. Three are 11 kW EV chargers in the backyard only for hotel guests. You ask for a charging card in the reception and pay €7 for parking and then charging is free of extra charge.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would have liked to stay longer!

The staff are very friendly, super welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Great selection for breakfast, all freshly prepared and tasty. I especially like the 'Husumer Pannfisch mit Salat' for evening dining in the restaurant. A great location in the centre of Husum - beautiful shops nearby and the beautiful Schloss Garten is only a 2 minute walk away - ideal for an uplifting walk before breakfast. I have stayed here many times and will be back 🥰
