Parking tariff only 24 hours, it will be nice to have a tarif for 12 hours on the parking. There another Holiday hotel across the street, which confused in the first place

I didn't like the area around the hotel. It was a bit stuffy in the room.

The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was excellent. It is convenient that there is a playground for kids and a pond with different birds next to the hotel.

A/C didn't work (it may be was just turned off everywhere, who knows) and window was stuck or broken and didn't open. So it was quite stuffy inside.

It's quite close to train station. Pretty big rooms, clean and overall looks stylish, good.

We were disappointed with the room cleanliness, there were stains on the bed linen and some dirt on the shower curtain that we are almost sure (we prefer not to check) were stucked-on boogers :(

The hotel is close enough to the main station and has a very good breakfast included in the price.

The problem with the beds. The space between the beds was a little bit difficult and the problem with the air conditioning. It was very hot inside, the air conditioning was very loud and didn’t do nothing much and in the bathroom was too much water on the floor after we showered. In the night when we arrived, we were hungry so we chose to eat by the bar. The man from the bar was very unfriendly and rude. He spoke bad and with also a bad attitude. My husband said to him that we want only a pizza and a beer and he said with a bad attitude that we have to scan the QR code for the menu. He was very offended that we chose to order only a pizza and a beer. We choose like this because only my husband drinks and I don’t think it’s writing somewhere that we have to order for two persons. He didn’t mention that the pizza is freeze and it will be cooked on an oven ( this was not a problem, but 9,90€ for a freeze pizza is a little bit exaggerated ). We stayed by the bar and waited and the man from the bar chose to give a pizza from another customer between us where we stayed, probably only to see us how we moved. He said to that customer “here is your pizza, good appetite and enjoy”. After, he “cooked” our pizza and he just put the pizza on the bar and that’s it, no “good appetite”, nothing. He was very rude and we spoke very nice with him from the beginning.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was amazing. The man from the reception who helped us with the check in was amazing also, very friendly.

The pillows were really uncomfortable, and I couldn’t sleep well during my two nights’ stay, which even caused neck pain. Also, there was no small fridge or minibar in the room, which would have been useful.

The hotel is quite new, very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, the lobby was nice, and there was an elevator and parking available. The room was tidy with a comfortable, and overall the facilities were in good condition.

The AC did not work even after we changed the room. The lobby, corridor and even the bathrooms were colder than the room. No phones in the room. I asked for an omelette but the staff said "no.. the boiled eggs were good enough".

We requested queen bed, however the bed was made merging two single beds, not ideal for couples. It would be nice to have a table in the room.

The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t strong enough. I had to open the room windows to fully ventilate the room (which worked perfectly).

Great location. Easy access to local transportation (tram & U-Bahn). Better option than the hotel just right next to it. Cosy room, soft bed, clean, looks like the photos.

The AC didn't work properly. Was bit difficult to sleep with 25 degrees. Even though reducing the temperature didn't help, unfortunately. Apart from this, it was nice to stay overall!

I can't say that I didn't like something, but it would be nice to have fridge in room.

The location was great, in peaceful area few minutes far from central train station. Clean and cozy room, nice and helpful staff, fast check in and swift self checkout. The breakfast was as good as expected from holiday inn quality. In short, It worth the money you pay.
